I'm so glad I did. Madison treated me right away with a combination of essential oils and Marma point massage (sort of like the Ayurvedic version of acupressure)and I experienced nearly instant relief. She provided me a diet which was largely the opposite of what I'd been eating. Victor took my pulses and confirmed a lot of my concerns and quickly assessed stress and trauma were the root causes. It has been about three months now of weekly treatments, the new diet, and taking kundalini yoga classes at their sister business, Yoga and Ayurveda, in Cypress Village. I'm excited to hear I'm at about 50% healed, feeling more energized, less depressed, and physically MUCH stronger. This last push is really to hone in on my emotional health and resilience. Victor teaches classes on recovering from Trauma and the Vagas nerve which are so essential for everyone today. Madison's cooking and skin health workshops were also super informative. PCA is a local gem for people looking for natural, holistic healing. Highly recommend.

In meeting Victor and Madison I quickly came to know that these are two people who have truly devoted there lives to healing others. I have suffered from Psoriatic Arthritis most of my adult life and had become used to the overmedicated conveyor belt system of modern say health care. Meeting Victor and Madison was a breathe of fresh air. My first visit they spent and hour and a half with me. They went over my medical history, checked my pulses and generally cared about healing me holistically, not just suppressing the symptoms. I had always been told arthritis could not be cured but they opened a whole new world to me. I would not be where I am today with my health if it weren't for them!

She finds the spots in my body that are tight or tense without me even having to tell her. And she's so kind, present, and passionate about what she does. You can tell that she really cares about her clients and she wants to make sure you are comfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough. I also did the 6 week hypnotherapy series with Robert and it was a game changer for me. I was previously experiencing a lot of anxiety, frustration, and stress. It became obvious to me that something needed to change and I've previously tried different method of healing (therapy, journaling, meditation, etc) so why not give hypnotherapy a shot. Robert helped me to learn that relaxation is our natural state and how to help myself calm down if I am feeling overwhelmed. He helped me realize that I can change. Honestly I'm a more present parent and I feel happier and healthier overall.

At the same time, I was trying to recover from the end of a deeply intense, codependent relationship. Although I was doing everything I could to move forward, I felt stuck. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't seem to make meaningful progress, and I often felt negative and hopeless about the future. A big part of what was holding me back was my mindset. I struggled with a scarcity mindset and a tendency to catastrophize. I spent so much time in my head, worrying about the future and replaying the past, that I rarely felt present. Working with Justin helped me shift that. Over time, I learned how to ground myself in the present moment instead of getting swept away by fear and overthinking. I developed a much greater sense of peace, perspective, and appreciation for my life, even while things were still uncertain. Justin is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful. He created a space where I felt genuinely heard and supported while also helping me challenge the thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Looking back, I can honestly say our work together helped me navigate one of the most difficult periods of my life with far more resilience and hope than I would have had on my own. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to work with him.

I had previously had some experience with BaZi which is Chinese birth chart reading similar to astrology but at the time I was 17 and everything the previous friend predicted has come true throughout my 20s. So I'm a firm believer on this style. Adrian was very attentive and supportive in a sense to hear you out on what you're going through and he confirms that his readings are aligned with you first by asking about some major events that happened in your life. The only thing he doesn't do is look into deaths(I don't care to know anyway) After telling him my goals and where I'm feeling stuck he made suggestion on what I could do to defer or avoid certain undesirable outcomes that would deter me from my goals based on my personality or impulses. He breaks down what each areas of your chart mean and how they correlate to each other and to our life. He gives very specific directions on what to do or where to find help in today's modern world, like for me giving blood would mean I not only do a good thing but also avoid blood shed in a bad way like major surgery or major accidents - Basically there will be time where I'm losing a lot of blood so to derail that from a bad situation, I can donate blood so that it is still blood shed but in a positive aspect. Ultimately at the end I finished with direction and some clarity and was motivated to take action right away. Thank you Adrian for your practical advices and directions of my life's road map.

I have seen other reviews (including of other mental health professionals) where people have been dismayed by this, but I found it to reflect his professionalism. Although it appeared he made a call that I wouldn't be a paying client at this time, he really took the time to listen and assess the relevancy to his work before making his recommendation. At the end of the day, that referral went nowhere (didn't at all return my messages) but Matthew retains my utmost respect as a professional and human being.

So I kid you not, he looked at his clock 25+ times...yes, the frequency fascinated me, so I started counting every time he checked his clock hidden in the other corner. Maybe if you see him as a regular therapist and you are able to connect with him then maybe he can be a good therapist for you. For me, I just don't see it.
