The sales rep convinced me to purchase the extend warranty fo an extra $25 which I did. The warranty covers 3 replacements for the headphones. I went in this June to have the headphones replaced as they weren't working. The manager who was very rude said that pair I originally bought were discontinued and I could have a more expensive pair but that I would lose all my warranty. That pair was regularly $140 but were on special that week for $80. If was just buying that pair I would of paid $80 but they said they would not give those as a replacement. I could take a cheaper headset to maintain my warranty. I decided to take the cheaper set as I didn't want to lose the rest of the warranty. They said that they didn't have that set and that I would need to drive to the store at the Cottonwood Mall. The manger there was also extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got home I noticed that the headset was Bluetooth only as my original set was both Bluetooth and plug in direct type this one was not and was worth $50. I had to go back to the store and take the other set and lose all my warranty. I will never buy from this company again. The Managers of both these store were totally unprofessional.

The staff were incompetent and uneducated on the phone when I originally spoke to them about bringing the phone in for repairs but it was about to get so much worse. After 2 hours of leaving my phone with them I went back to pick it up to be SHOWN (keep that in mind) and told that the repairs were done but they could no release my phone to me as their systems were down and they couldn't "complete testing" and I would have to return tomorrow to pick up my phone. The next day I received a call telling my again, my phone WAS fixed but they could not release my phone to me as there was an issue with my insurance and I had to call them. 1.5 hours after being on the phone with the insurance company it was clear that Mobil Klinik had fraudulently tried to make claims against my insurance for repairs that were not needed on my device, they also had CANCELED my originally claim and tried to file their own. The insurance company was refusing to pay the store as they had violated the terms of their agreement and that was why they were refusing to give my phone back. This is ILLEGAL! After many talks back and forth the insurance company spoke with the store who claimed "they had never actually performed the repairs, therefore their claims were not fraudulent and I could come pick up my phone." WOW if you remember back, I PHYSICALLY held my phone in my hands the night before with the repairs having been completed, I informed the insurance company of this and that in fact this BUSINESS had LIED AGAIN and was still being fradulent!!! I got a phone call from the store who said i could now come pick up my phone but "wanted to know if I wanted to pay for them to fix my phone". I told them I wouldn't not be giving them a dime and I was coming to pick up my phone in 20 minutes and would be taking it in whatever condition it was currently in. the lady became frantic saying she needed to know if I was going to pay for the repairs to which I told her I knew they had lied to my insurance company and already fixed my phone and that I would NOT be paying for anything. At which point this not so lovely human being HUNG UP ON ME. I never in my life have dealt with a business who is so shady, lies, cheats, steals has the worst customer service and holds people personal property hostage. When I picked up my phone these horrible people had put my BROKEN back glass back onto my phone in MUCH worse shape then when I dropped it off, and tried to claim they had never done anything. I cannot believe that after being caught in SO MANY lies that this business did not once even apologize or even offer to fix my phone for free. they are a sleazy, dishonest organization and I plan to ensure that no insurance company ever sends another client to them to be treated as I was. SHAME ON YOU, all the staff at this store as I spoke to many of you. You were rude, and disrespectful, you are a scam organization and I will ensure everyone around me knows. I
