I have come here to this place a few times already, to get my photos framed for exhibitions at art galleries or for display at the Orange County Fair. The Owner is a very friendly and helpful person. I really appreciate his help. He has saved me a couple of times getting some images framed and ready for display; And also when I had a problem and needed to do correct a last minute mistake. Words can't describe how pleasant my experience here was. Felix truly saved the day for me :) I spent nearly an hour at a different store going over different framing options. I wanted to get a guest book framed, though the size was standard, people had written edge to edge on it... so we explored different options to frame it without losing any of the writings.. At the other store, we ended up on settling for losing 1/8th of an inch on each side, which I was very unhappy about, but decided to move forward, just to be told that it would take 2 weeks, and even if I expedite it would take a week ( Which I didn't have ). I stumbled upon this place , called them and rushed over. There was a very calm vibe in the air and Felix listened as I explained how fast I needed my frame and as I was about to explain to him how we were going to fix the sizing issue, he looked at me and said "Don't worry, just pick what you want and I'll take care of the rest" and he truly took care of it! We looked through the frames there together and the sticks on the back wall and ended up ordering something they didn't have in stock on a Thursday. My frame was ready by Monday and I couldn't believe how nice it had turned out to be.. Preserving all the writings... An amazing experience.. Though I am not looking forward to all the trouble that comes with framing, I will go back to Felix any day and highly recommend his work. As a Gallery owner I have worked with many framing companies. Pacific Custom Framing is not one I would ever use again. One of the reasons why I dealt with them to begin with, is that they promised a quick turnaround because they have the moldings in stock. That was not the case, they framed my artwork with the wrong molding and it took the owner Felix and his son Tony who he sent to intimidate me, two week to get the work done. After sending a driver to pick up the pieces, Felix called and asked for more money. This is really not my idea of customer service. I would definitely not recommend This company to any of my clients. read more

Felix is very attentive, quick, and professional. It was nice to discuss my project, and have someone know exactly what I am asking for. My item was a large scroll that needed to be mounted and framed, and required some modifications in order to be framed. He called me with an estimate within 30 minutes of me leaving his business, and offered to have my item ready in two days (I wasn't even in a rush, or asking for him to expedite). Price was reasonable, and upon receiving my item it was nicely wrapped and protected for transport, and one of the ladies from the ship helped me load my car (my framed item was quite large, about L70" x W28"). It was a great experience and I have recommended his services to several parties now. My only suggestion is a more obvious road sign - the sign for his business is located in the back of the parking lot as he shares his location with another business. Thanks Felix! read more
