When I would talk/email to them, they would take the dates as if they were booked, but they were not. I started to book May 8th and they kept replying that they would get back to me in a few weeks or always alternative dates. This all went through until August when I got a credit from LivingSocial. The center is always clean and organized, creating a great environment for learning. Plus, the owner Cathy listens to parents' feedback and provides the individualized learning progress. After I was kicked out, they refused to refund my membership fee and locker fee, but continued to charge me monthly rent and locker fees until I updated my credit card. And they refused to accept all of my emails, even though they were very important to me.
