This is the place to go! Jenny is the nice lady that helps me out all the time she is the best. You can read the reviews about the service and I can understand what people are talking about but I look at as people who do great work, they might not smile but that doesn't affect the quality of work. The staff has always been pleasant and professional to me but also keep in mind when I go with an order I come prepared with the files and what colors and materials I want to speed the process up but to also make it easier on them and to eliminate confusion. The prices are very reasonable especially for doing prototypes of designs I want to try before making multiple. I've never tried to pay with anything but cash but hey what's the big deal that can be gotten easier from the bank and if it saves me from paying them more to cover the costs of using cards due to service fees and such then that is ok. read more

Wow...Embarrassing. As a fellow Korean, it's embarrassing to refer this business to foreigners. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by a business before. One of the many reasons why I take a big pride being Korean is for their outstanding service. Sadly, at Pacific Embroidery, I experienced a rude, absolutely ridiculous service. I had to get shirts and Jackets embroidered. When I went to visit the office, an older mid age lady who co-owned the business was dealing with a middle eastern man. He had boxes of business for her and was being very friendly to her even complimented the business. However, she was stoic and short with him. When he left the store, she even bluntly said out loud "Ugh, so annoying" in Korean infront of me. Yes, I had just met her. After a pretty short consultation, I went back the next day with a pretty ridiculously precise and detailed PDF document with exactly what we needed laid out in a visually designed format. She promised to have the items ready by Friday at the latest ( I was generous with the delivery date since they seemed pretty busy). She confidently said there won't be any problem and that she would contact me to let me know by Friday at the latest. Three days before the promised pickup date, I get a call and apparently they forgot what we discussed at the store about where to embroider the company name. I remembered that she wasn't taking notes, so I trusted that she has a good memory. Turns out...NO. I get the items back 5 days past her promised date and the lettering positions were flipped from left side to the right... ( opposite from what I provided her in a PDF Document) I don't even know if I want to go back to her at this point to complain. This going back and forth hassle just completely disgusted me from having to deal with her. If you need embroidery...find a different store. Arrogant business owners like them need to understand that in order to get business, they need to provide customer service. Somehow she gets many corporate orders. She will delay your order if your oder is not from the major fortune 500 companies such as Starbucks or Muscle Milk ( Reference the photos uploaded by the business). We needed 8 shirts done in a mad rush for a trade show. Peter promised to have them done in time. Christina was very helpful in making it all happen with the artwork etc. When I went to pick them up I was greeted by a kind older lady who was quite helpful as well.
