Do not recommend for the following reasons. Pricing: got two shirts with a basic stitching and was charged $100. Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. I had a couple of shirts I wanted to get made for a car I own to wear at car shows I went in a got a fair quote and texted her the art work I wanted on the shirt. If you're a small business or doing a small order I suggest not coming here. I had an order for about 5 items and after paying for the service I later get a call back from another embroidery place giving me about 40% less of a quote than what this place charged me me. Oh might I add that the man "discounted" the price for me by $30 and still the other place was %40 less! Not sure why I was charged so much extra. Daniel helped me out. I came in the Tuesday before Christmas. I had just had my company logo made so I came right over to have some hats made. I was leaving out of town Thursday afternoon (Xmas eve). I knew he was on a tight schedule but asked if I could have them ready by Xmas Eve so I could wear my hats during Christmas. He made it happen and by the time strain I knew he hooked me up and went out of his way to get them done!! Thanks again guys the hats came out great. I tried not to be to harsh by giving 1 star but sadly I had to. Honestly tho there embroidery job is not good at all here. I did some hats with them and my "n" looked like "a" and my "e" looked like a "o". So when I did a word a crossed the hat it did not look good at all and didn't spell out what it was suppose to bc of the sloppy embroidery job. I even mentioned it to them and they said that's how the machine runs it I get it if one or 2 hats messed up but when half the hats look like that, it's a problem. Also the inside of the hat they don't clean so you have to buy the scissors online to clean the instead of the threading from the embroidery. I also got my hats back and the bottom brim was dirty on all the hats I gave them. Had to give it back to them and wait three hours for them to clean them. Lastly out of 24 hats I did with them about 14 of them actually came out "good". I am very particular with quality with my brand and this store failed to provide that quality look for my business so I decided to take my business somewhere else. read more

I really wish I could give more stars to Embroidery Unlimited unfortunately it just wouldn't be accurate. I had been using their embroidery service on T shirts for my brand I started and the first order I put in (15 shirts) was already off they put the wrong color letters on the wrong colored shirts ( ex: black shirt needed white text and white shirt needed black text etc.), as soon as I got home and noticed I called and let them know about the mistake, they were kind and offered to replace them free of charge which I thanked and took their offer. I decided to continue using their services seeing it only as a minor mistake then the second incident happened, I placed an order for 40 shirts a few of the shirts I wanted had to be shipped in from Florida and a few other far states so they said it should be ready in about 2 1/2 weeks (it fell on a Monday) which was still pretty quick granted the distance, I said okay and waited until the day they said they'd be ready but received no call or text so I called, they explained they will be a little late they will be ready on Thursday, I was a little bothered because I had orders to fulfill on Tuesday and Wednesday and a photo shoot for inventory on Wednesday but okay I rescheduled everything for Friday to be safe. On Tuesday I received a call saying they finished a big order they had faster than expected so it will be ready on Wednesday I said great that's perfect. Wednesday rolls around no call nor text so I stop in to drop off some masks I said I needed embroidered and was told by Daniel (very nice guy) they won't be ready until Thursday or Friday. I waited no update on Thursday no update Friday, Monday rolls around and I'm upset because of the lack of communication and empathy for a paying customer. Finally I get a text Monday telling me they will be ready 2 then another one saying some of their machines were down and they will be ready by 4, okay no big deal. I get a call at about 3 saying there's been a mistake with my shirts and they placed my logo incorrectly on the shirts, that was the last mistake I could face from them unfortunately, I had placed a deposit of 100 down and was going to pay the rest (almost 300) when I picked up the shirts I went to check out the mistake in person which I was not too happy about but regardless I had orders I had to put out so I took only what I needed from the mishap batch even though they kept asking if I'd like to buy the shirts at a discounted price 50% off so I'd still be paying $250 for shirts I didn't even want, I just thought that was ridiculous to ask after I expressed my disinterest in them more than once. To top things off I didn't even want to place another order after because who knows how long it'd take, I ended up finding someone with a better price and shorter turn around. I wouldn't like to leave this review completely negative, if someone were to ask me if they should come and give them their business I would say yes, they are rather kind for the most part and it feels like a genuine shop where they have a connection with their customers they just lack communication and double checking their work all my the mistakes could've been avoided if they had those 2 things. read more
