I can't thank Bruce enough for pulling through so quickly for me. I was in a super last minute pinch and needed 1 unit embroidered. I emailed several different places, but they had minimums and couldn't turn it around quick enough. I emailed Bruce this morning and he replied to me right away and let me know that he'd be able to do it, even though typically this is a several days/week process. He gave me a fair price and said he can get it done by the next day at 3p.m. I arrived at their office to drop off the jacket, which is in an industrial area in Brea and was warmly greeted. I showed Bruce my item and let him know I was actually coming from LA because I needed to get this done quickly. He took my item and went to the back. A few minutes later he came back with the jacket already embroidered. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to get this done for me. I'm so thankful to say the least! Can't believe I never knew about this place. I work for a relatively large company so we always need embroidered polo shirts and jackets. We had been using the same embroidery place for years but their turnaround rate has been decreasing for the last year or so. They had our order of 115 items for 2 months and didn't start any of it! I even had 75 more items waiting at my office. Pro Embroidery was able to take the original 115 items plus the 75 items and embroider them all in 2 days. I couldn't believe how efficiently and quickly they work. Bruce is friendly and was able to answer all of my questions in a consistent manner. I was unable to obtain a 2021 sash from my school, so my plan was to use a 2022 sash and just replace with "2" w/ a "1". I came to Bruce at the end of the school year to embroider stoles for the graduating seniors of my club. He was so accommodating to my timeline (I needed it within 5 days) and the product I wanted. I gave him an image of what I wanted it to look like and he was so helpful in explaining to me the steps needed to get the final product I was hoping for. He showed me a preview of what the design would look like on the computer and ensured me that I wouldn't have to pay until I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. He gave me a breakdown of $10/side of the stole I wanted embroidered + a flat $40 digitizing fee. After I left, he clarified things with my over email and everything went smoothly! read more

I will be going somewhere else for my embroidery order. I submitted a request for a quote on their website as well as emailing Bruce directly and did not hear back. I have called 6 times in the last 4 business days, and only one time did they pick up the phone. I drove to the business today to drop off the items I wanted embroidered only to find out they closed at 3:30 today without updating their hours, or having their hours anywhere on their site. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I've seen. I had something embroidered almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen him since, after taking 3 lyfts and having 2 of my friends try to drive me, they're closed every time. (I don't have a car at moment) I'v wasted so much time and money just simply trying to retrieve my items from this business. Last time I was at the door and it was locked, when it AGAIN said it was open on the website, I called the number and the owner said he was on vacation. ... To make things worse, when I dropped off my two small garments, he told me they'd be done in 2 days. So i finally call him after 4 days, and he just says "yeah they're done." ...I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called him, why would he even bother taking my phone number then?? I don't know if I'll ever get my items back. If you want something embroidered, be ready to wait at least 2 weeks to get it back, if ever. Still waiting for mine. Came here about 2 months ago. Spoke with Bruce regarding some designs I wanted to get done on some shirts. He had me send him the artwork via email, so I did. Called to confirm he received the files and he said he did and that he would call me back. About a week went by and never heard from him. Called again and was told he was out of town for a few days. Left a message for him to call me when he got back in. Another few days went by and still nothing. UPDATE: Bruce called me finally. Though only to try and give him a 5 star rating on here. He told me if I change my review to 5 stars he would give me a "huge" discount. I then asked him what if I had originally given him 5 stars, would of he of still gave me a discount. Came here to get a quote for my jean jacket that I wanted my name embroidered on. The guy there said he needed to ask his manager how much it would cost but he was in LA and would be back in an hour. He took my name and phone number down but no one ever called me back. I called the next day and ask to speak with the manager but was told he wasn't in. The guy I spoke with over the phone said that there was no name or number written down anywhere to call me back. It almost seemed like they didn't want to help me.
