First mechanic we used for our PM's was not what we expected. He did not pay any attention to the problems we pointed out. We requested a new mechanic and this one seemed to be much better but still not great. after a couple PM services we got a 3rd mechanic. This one seemed to know everything and claimed to be the best. One of the lifts started overheating, well after several service calls and over $1,800 in parts and labor and 3 different mechanics they could not fix or figure out why the lift was overheating. In the end I ended our service contract and contacted another mechanic which pointed out all the dust and dirt clogging the pores on the radiator. radiator was cleaned out and guess what? No more overheating. only rated 2 stars because Larry was great to work with. mechanics rated 0 stars.
