We did not have a choice of movers as this was a PCS move. Based on our phone interactions with the coordinator, we were hoping for and expecting a good unpack but that's not unfortunately not how it unfolded. Movers showed up to our apartment over an hour late than the time given, rushed during the unpack, did not abide by the building's rules of leaving items out of the hallway, broke and damaged many items, and left our house in a state I can only describe as a disaster. It took days to wash and reorganize the mess they left and I wouldn't recommend this company because of it. If you do have to use them, have them leave the boxes & just do the unpack yourself.

First of all, deliveries always seem to come in a rental truck. Do they not own their own vehicles? Not only are the vehicles not marked as Hawaii Parcel Service, but their drivers also don't wear any kind of uniform or name badge so you can see how they can come across as....well, a little shady? With that being said, I have always received my deliveries intact and for the most part on time (give or take a couple of hours, which is ok considering traffic and what not), but if given a choice, I'll stick to the likes of UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
