I returned to this dental practice after moving back to Portland. The receptionist was not the dentists sister anymore and I was sad she was amazing. The new billing/receptionist is so bad I found a new dentist. My new dentist asked for the X-rays from the her and she failed three times to send the X-rays to my new dentist. A week later I received a bill saying that my dentist from the previous city did not send the X-rays and I owed $90. I called my previous provider they had a record of the x-ray request. She lied and billed me incorrectly and with malice. So I called and let her know I would not being paying the bill. She sent me another bill for $50 more with no explanation. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau next and the saddest part of all is the dentist is actually really great. He has a really bad gatekeeper. Proceed with caution. read more

Overall - After receiving a horrible experience at a dentistry in San Diego, I did my fair research on finding my next dentistry and I'm glad I picked Pacific Family Dentistry. Experience - Emily was absolutely amazing and surprisingly made the visit fun which you don't expect from going to a dentist. Not only did she explain the process thoroughly but she took the time to get to know you. Parking - They share the plaza/complex with several other businesses so it was really easy to find a parking spot. They're not on the ground level, which is completely fine and actually gives you a view of Nimbus road when you sit down waiting for your cleaning. Service - I am please and will definitely return. Dr. Lee, Sharon, and staff are the best of the best. Always taking time to care for my kids and myself whether it's a quick appointment or something more involved. They are so good with our kids and I appreciate how Dr. Lee walks you through what he's doing so everyone's comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, the tech spent a good amount of time on my cleaning and explained things well, and Dr Lee was very patient with my questions. I got a package, 1 X-ray and 2 cleanings for $200 plus a discount on the filling which cost me $150. I think that's a good rate. read more

Just returned from Pacific Family Dentistry where I had my cleaning and exam. "Family" really fits this business as they treat you like family. Everyone one there is very professional from the receptionist to the hygienist and the Doctor. They are always on schedule and I have never had to wait. I have a kind of a fear of dentists .. but here I always feel comfortable. They charge a very reasonable price .. I don't have dental insurance so that is important to me. I have been going to them for at least 5 years and thanks to the excellent cleaning and tooth are advice .. haven't ever had a cavity or any painful teeth. I have had some bad dentists over the years and would never recommend them to anyone. But I highly recommend Pacific Family Dentistry to everyone .. go once and you will be will become a regular customer. read more

I'm a complete wuss and have hated going to the dentist since a very young age. I actually got a root canal done here a few years ago and have been on the run, refusing to go back because I hate going to the dentist so much. Sharon finally caught me and dragged me back and here I was, getting my new crown. Everyone's so friendly and Dr. Lee really helped make me feel comfortable, and all the staff members assisting him were chiming in and out cracking jokes with me and making the whole experience a lot more fun.
