It's not a way to run a business at all. And then there is the phenomenon of arriving to buy something and see a sign on the door they'll be back in 10 minutes. That is a regular occurrence. Dash went above and beyond to take care of us. I enjoyed our experience, but wish we could have stayed longer. We each had their reserve flight. While we were here, we were able to sample their honey wine. I'm not a huge fan of dessert wines or sweeter wines as a whole, but I would have brought this one home with us. Their wines are from Santa Cruz, another favorite place of ours to visit. We'll have to make a trip there to visit their vineyard. This tasting room is family friendly which is perfect in such a touristy location. Our kids were welcome to come and hang while we finished up our last tasting. The wine was great - my wife had a flight of whites and i had the reserve flight. In particular, what stood out the most was the service. Kiki was at the counter and super friendly to us and kind to our children. She made what was supposed to be a quick stop into a longer and more special, more enjoyable evening. Thank you!
