Customer service: they are nice enough, but they take FOREVER to get back to you. Just like the other reviews, they never answer their phone or return your messages. It took 2 months to get my hearing aids after paying for them. I had to go through my insurance company and file a complaint before I could even get them to call me back after many calls to them. Then, after getting them, one quit working. I have called and left messages many times, but as of yet, cannot get a call back. read more

I went to this clinic a couple of years ago due to sudden unexpected hearing issues they were the only clinic that was able to take me in for an appointment in a short amount of time I was scared and eager to know the reasoning for my hearing issues/of the outcome of my hearing could've potentially had at the time I didn't want to wait I went through everything to just be told it's only "slight hearing loss" and that everything would be okay there wasn't anything they could do for me I felt off about what they told me my gut was telling me something different I know myself I know when something is truly wrong fast forward years later--- I can barely hear my hearing progressively got worst fast I assumed everything was "fine" & thought I was overreacting about my hearing I didn't bother to reach out to any hearing specialists/doctors due to assuming everything is "fine" like you told me. now to see all these reviews of you taking advantage of disabled individuals is so awful & heartbreaking to see you ruined them. you ruined me. I am so hurt, angry & betrayed all of this could've been prevented. I cannot enjoy music, meaningful deep conversations just overall things that mean most to me. my hearing is so bad and people often turn me away because of it. I feel like I cannot enjoy life fully knowing my hearing loss is most likely permanent. you failed me. the US healthcare failed me too. avoid them at all costs. read more

They are pleasant people BUT they do not answer their phone, are seldom in the office, and lose paperwork. Most distressing is they have our $2,150. AND our "returned" hearing aids. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. We want to believe that they are honest folks BUT they have definitely lost our respect. We are VERY worried! read more

I have used Pacific Hearing services for over 15 years. We relocated to Corvallis area from Alaska and Pacific Hearing was recommended by my audiologist based on the fact that they serviced my brand. Randy Glasser serviced my hearing aids, which I purchased in Alaska, at no charge for several visits. I felt guilty to be taking advantage of his generosity. I requested that he charge me (and others who did not purchase their aids from him) a nominal fee to cover his time. I grew up in a family business and understand his work ethic, but it is fair to compensate him for his time. I have since purchased hearing aids and upgraded several times. His services are now part of my purchase price. His prices are more than competitive, and he works with my insurance company to keep my costs down. His son, Ethan, has now become part of the business, and has continued his father's excellent service and sensitivity. I have recommended Pacific Hearing to many friends who were reluctant to admit to hearing loss... Consultation is free and extensive. Go anywhere else....While Dr Glaser and his mother (who is his receptionist) seem nice they do not honor their contracts. I purchased and paid in full for hearing aids for my 95 year old father. The contract clearly states in bold letters "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - IF UNSATISFIED FOR ANY REASON, ALL MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL" Dr Glaser even confirmed we could return them if they didn't work. Unfortunately the hearing aids did NOT work and we had to return them after less than a month. It's now been THREE MONTHS and they won't return the almost $4000 cash paid to them plus they won't contact me or acknowledge my letters or phone calls. My Dad needs 24 hour care and home help and this money is NOT theirs to keep. Dishonest and taking advantage - I don't care if you're a small family business. read more
