The admission to the museum was pricey, even for Kama'aina, so we opted to get the Family Membership instead. The membership was for 2 adults and up to 4 kids, and also has discounts for other exhibits. After a quick sweep through the museum, and a wary observation of the flight simulator, the grandson decided it was time to eat. I got the Blue Angels Burger and he got the kids hot dog meal. I'd say the prices were reasonable, considering how much takeout and restaurant food costs these days. The burger was fat as hell and the dog wasn't Costco sized but definitely satisfied the kid. I didn't get pics of the food because I was too enthralled over the size of the patty! We spent the day also visiting the Mighty Mo, the Virtual Reality tour, and gift shop shopping also.

Buses are provided for free to each museum and visitor center. 2. You cannot bring a handbag unless it is clear see through or the size of a checkbook. You need to check it into a "locker" for $7.33. I understand that active military base, but not publishing on the website regarding the bag restrictions and then forcing people to pay it just not right. But oh well. Plan accordingly because while the buses run every 15 minutes, you need to wait. The museum is $30 entry fee but keep in mind 3/4 of the museum is currently closed for renovation. For $30 it is a bit pricey but because of the buses and the amount of employees, i understand the high price tag. 2 stars. The deep history and the significance of this place and the men and women that gave their lives makes this a 5 star must see to show your respect. Museum: very small but well done with restored planes recovered from the war. There was a Blue Angels pilot shared his experience. I was able to catch the last 5 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to share stories. I read everything and was done in roughly 45 minutes. The museum is very small - 4 stars. Here is my recommendation: Come the visitor center it is free. Check that out and read everything. See the Submarine from the outside because it is free. Then jump on the bus because it is free. While you are driving to the warship, you pass the Arizona Memorial. Snap a photo and show your respect. Get off at the warship. Walk around the warship it is free. Then jump back on the bus and go to the Aviation museum. Again free. Walk around the outside and see the airplanes it is free. There is a gigantic helicopter it is free. Go to the back and look in the backside to get perspective. Then just back on the bus and go back to the visitor center it is free. If anyone says anything to you, go to the cafe/restaurant across from the Aviation Museum.

My Son-In-Law lost his Mother & Aunt in a accident on December 7, 2017. I thought this would be an awesome gift in honor of them. I wrote a letter of the circumstances to let them know why this was such a wonderful opportunity to honor a loved one. We gave the Flag to him on Christmas and it was very emotional. It came with a certificate that stated when it was flown and in honor of his Mom and Aunt's names.

The tour was incredible, the scenery was absolutely stunning, and Jeremy may be the best tour guide I've ever had. My brother was visiting from Florida and loves Jurassic Park so I had thought it would be fitting to take him in the Jurassic Adventure Tour. We chose the bus option instead of UTVs because we wanted to relax and enjoy the sights but there is a UTV tour option as well. We were able to see a lot of the different movie sights and our guide was great at explaining and walking us through the history of the ranch and all the different movies and shows that have filmed there. Our guide even got it to the episode or scene for each show or movie, which was really cool. Once your tour is over there's still so much to do and see if you have time. There's a small farmers market store towards the front of the ranch as well as a visitors center that has a souvenir store as well. I can't wait to go back to do another tour and keep learning about the ranch and area.

Seamus was a very knowledgeable guide - very approachable and fun to hang out with. He knew the trail very well and carefully guided us over the more slippery areas. One should definitely be prepared to get muddy and wet on this tour - I actually felt relieved that it was raining because there are lots of changes in the terrain and sunny/hot weather may have been too much. Seamus will say the trail is okay for children and elderly, but I don't believe it is. Might be a pain. I wanted to get a little rugged this trip, so it was perfect for me. The waterfall at the end was gorgeous - Seamus didn't rush us at all. We were unable to do the beach due to the weather, but Seamus took us around the island and showed us turtle beach, which was lovely because we got to see multiple sea turtles! We stopped at a local woodworker's shop for gifts which was a nice touch - always prefer the mom and pop places to the cheap junk you get in touristy shops. Pickup and drop-off were seamless. Easily one of my highlights this trip and have already recommended to a friend who will be in the area soon. Thanks Seamus!

First, we didn't get to experience the Waimea Falls or swim with the turtles because it rained so much the night before AND of course for the safety of all (mother nature, staff and guests) they had to close access to that area. It was a bummer BUT Seamus and Sandy truly made our day such a BLAST! We could tell that Seamus truly loves his career. We learned and saw so much about the history, culture and people of Hawaii! We look forward to when we can return to Hawaii and book another trip with Seamus and Sandy!!!!! The location was super convenient--just minutes from the Honolulu airport--making it easy to find and get to. We flew with Scott, who was not only an excellent pilot but also a fantastic guide. His calm presence and deep knowledge of the islands made the experience even more memorable. He shared fascinating facts and stories throughout the flight that gave so much more context to the breathtaking scenery. We opted for the doors-off experience, and WOW--what a game-changer! It added a whole new level of excitement and really made us feel like we were flying through the heart of Hawaii. The views were absolutely stunning--from waterfalls to coastlines--it was a nonstop highlight reel. This was easily one of the most exciting things we've done, and I'd 100% do it again--next time maybe on another island! If you're considering it, just go for it. It's an incredible way to see the islands and worth every moment.
