We had to file an extension because they couldnt have things done on time, we waited over 7 months for them to fix an issue with filing that werent done right and we were being penalized for. Anytime you need to actually talk to Kevin, he never responds and just assumes someone else is. No one know what is going on, ever. They had multiple system changes that affected quickbooks so made things extremely difficult. If I could charge him for how much time I had to spend on things that they are supposed to be doing, we wouldnt have a bill from them. Most of the time no one is even there.
