However, once you place an order, the customer service goes out the window. I had a rep get aggressive with me when trying to order a part and reschedule an installation. They didn't even ask for my order number before drilling me about what I wanted?! Wild. The line was then transferred, but they apparently cutoff phone calls 30 minut before closing. Order your appliance from someone else.

I called for a service call for my clothes dryer. I was charged $89 and told this charge would be…read moreapplied to the repair of my dryer. The technician came, completely took apart my dryer, left parts scattered all over the laundry room floor and never reconnected my dryer vent hose. He advised me to buy a new dryer. He said I should buy a new stackable washer/dryer set as a new dryer would not fit on my washer that is still in good working condition. Knowing that a stackable washer/dryer set is running around 2K, I asked to have the part replaced. He said he would look for the part and let me know. I never got a call back about the part even after calling and texting Vroomeo several times and leaving specific messages. 2 weeks later, I'm now left with a mess in my laundry room, a broken dryer and no follow up from this company. I would strongly suggest you not use this company.
