I'll be honest, I did check out other vendors and decided to go with QDD because of his experience. Well here I am today letting you know my thoughts and experience. From my very first call to the store I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I was not to familiar with the area and they gave me landmarks. I arrived to a clean, organized and with lots of options store. I had the measurements so a very accurate estimate was given. The following day Alex came out to my house to do the final measurements and finalized my order. I was explained the process the day prior by Melisa (I think that was her name, sorry) and she answered all my questions (plenty). Alex also explained to me the work in detail. My order was delayed (COVID) but was kept informed at all times. Upon delivery of my door I was given the choice to come in and inspect but they assured me that they do their own quality check. Installation was scheduled and Roger came out to my home to install. I have recently done lots of jobs on home and I am beyond surprised of the work Roger did. He is clean, detailed, polite a true pleasure. QDD you know how to pick your employees. I like my neighbor recommend QDD for your Windows and Doors with out a dought.

There were substantial delays because I had special ordered doors made in Canada which took months. When I first reached out to Lidiel I loved that he immediately showed up with his teenage son to do the estimate at my home. Secondly, he met me at the door show room to guide me on my choice. In between we had some snafus like his phone was down for days and his website disappeared. This made me panic and think this nice contractor has up and disappeared on me. After many days of hating myself because I thought I gave my deposit to a scam artist, Lidiel reappeared and explained he had a fraudulent credit card problem and that was the reasons his phone & website were down. Phew!!! He's back, I wasn't scammed. Finally the doors arrived and we could get the ball rolling on a specific day. However that specific day turned out to be his wife's birthday so he postponed a day, then postponed another day. Now when he was REALLY ready to start, things went pretty well. He does have difficulty arriving on time and he did call out one sick day because of "food poisoning". All and all I believe the project took 5 days of his work when he showed up for my new pocket doors. They are beautiful and the work was nicely done. I would urge Lidiel to work harder on his organizational skills. I'm still giving him a 5 star because I believe he will get better at being more timely and responsible. He sent me a technician (Brito) who was supposed to arrive between 2 and 3 PM (he arrived very late, by the way, with justification) and entered my house at 5:04 PM and left at 5:19 PM.
