Tony's crew worked some magic and were somehow able to get that removed. They notify you by text and email, the day before they come out. Their invoices are automated and easy to pay online. They reply to texts and phone calls right away. I made the mistake of getting rid of this company, due to a misunderstanding on my part as to their billing cycles. They sometimes come out 13 times a year but only bill for 12 and I didn't understand that. I originally had 3 large trees that needed to be shaped, thinned and trimmed. unfortunately the largest tree was splitting down the middle and had to be removed. Pacific Landscaping charged me the same price even though the whole tree needed to be taken down and chipped. Their workers were friendly and efficient. They completely cleaned the area where they had worked, I was very impressed by this company and would not hesitate to use their services again. Let me begin by saying I tried many landscaping companies who installed artificial turf. Tony was the only prompt response, some never got back to me. By the end of the day I called he was walking my backyard, measuring and promised a quote the next morning. Never having installed artificial turf before I really didn't know what to expect. I was surprised, it is expensive. Tony explained in detail about every charge. It made sense from the water and maintenance savings. Then to my surprise they scheduled a start five days later. The crew lead by Jesus were the hardest working people....ever. Rain slowed the process a bit but in the end everything looked fantastic. I have been in real estate for over 50 years. I have dealt with hundreds of sub contractors. Tony and his crew were easily in the top five all time greats. After the turf I asked him to bid taking down a dead tree, 85 feet high. In the past I had chased three tree service companies, only one of the three got back to me. Once I finally got a bid they informed me it might be a month before they could get schedule a service. Tony bid the next day, was the lowest bid and had it permitted and taken down ten days later. Oscar and the tree crew were another bunch of hard working positive gentleman. So, I have worked with two different crews on two different jobs with Tony. The experience was a 12 out of ten. For those who are confused by my math, he was 20% better than great. I met Oscar (crew supervisor) about clean up on a property with a fallen tree and very overgrown brush. Area has very narrow access on a steep incline. He showed up on time, very professional and easy to talk to. Quote given on the spot was reasonable. The work was completed two days later. Crew was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. In one day, the area was cleared, and all brush removed along with large fallen tree. I signed a contract with Tony and his men did the job. They were very nice. Tony had indicated that the job would take days. Well, 3 of his men finished it up in 7 hours. I paid him $3,650 for 21 hours of work. I thought he had over estimated his bid by a lot and asked if he could lower the bill. Tony's answer was no and then stopped communicating with me. If you want a good job done and have lots of money, hire Tony. If you want a good job done then get multiple bids and pick the one that best describes the work to be done and is in the middle price range. You will save a bundle! read more

They were able to come out to my home two days later and did a fabulous job. In fact they did more than I was expecting.
