Nice employees. They barely worked on my feet as far as getting ruff skin off but I liked the nail filing & paint job.

Quality of work is poor. Gel polish came off in one day. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

Oh my, where do I begin. Checked in with my Granddaughter for mani /pedis. I ask the young boy at the desk how much a mani/pedi would be. The menu said $40. So I ask him how much it would be without the MASSAGE, wax and all the extras. He said 27.00 and less for my 8 year old granddaughter. I was cut 3 times when she cut my cuticles, all she said was, oh, so sorry, over and over again. When she put the polish on it looked like I had 2 weeks of growth on my nails. Plus the polish was dry and she just kept globing it on. Worse mani/pedi EVER ... Plus when I got up front to pay they charged me FULL PRICE $40.00 when I tried to tell her I didn't Get the full service and the boy said it was 27.00. She started screaming at me. I couldn't/wouldn't set a bad example for my granddaughter so I just said. We will never come back. Then she said something in Vietnamese to the boy. WORST salon ever.... read more

It is so bad I want to give it a zero. But I can't so I give it a 1. I went in on my birthday to have my nails done since I never do them. And the service was very rude, kept telling me what they were going to do to my nails and the lady told me the reason my nails weren't shaped correctly was because my fingers were "crooked." Will be going back to demand a refund. When I asked for a drink they only offered water or soda when I clearly saw people drinking wine. read more

This is a salon that does not listen to what the customer wants. They do exactly what they want.. When you ask a question they get annoyed. After I posted this on my page Viki Vo who does nails and waxes eyebrows said I took this the wrong way on my post when she wasn't even in the same room as me when her co-worker said my four year son is so so cute and pulled him by the arm and said let's go home taking him out of the solan expect I grab him. Keep you kids away from this place!!! Alert Today I went to Pacific Nail & Spa on Soncy so my daughter and I could get our eyebrows wax. (We have gone to this place for more than two years now. ) While I was waiting to get my eyebrows wax a man tells my four year son he is cute. I didn't think too much at the time. I finished getting my eyebrows wax and while I was waiting for my daughter to be done, I'm talking to my son when another one of their employees walks up to my four year old son and tells him he is really cute and then he grabs him by his arm and says come on we're going home while trying to pull him out of the nail salon, I then began yanking my son back towards me telling him no!! and giving him a go to hell look. Once I got my son back in my arms , I get my son and daughter in my car, and leave the salon immediately . I wanted to make sure I was safe with both of my kids before I called the cops because I didn't know what else could happen. I called APD and they meet me at my location within five min to file the police report, and we're very helpful. After I file the police report I sent my wax lady a messages letting her know I wouldn't be going to her any more. She said her co-worker just thinks my son is so so so cute and he just wants to play with my son and that he wasn't being mean to him and for me to come back. She also refused to give me his name so I could give it to the police. Mind y'all this is the first time this man has seen me and my kids. What does a 30 year old man or so want to play with a four year boy? And what give him the right to grab my sons arm ? If you go to this salon to get your nails done or to get your eyebrows done I would reconsider!!! Thankful that both of my kids are ok!! read more

This place was so impressed me. I had been driving for 2 days (from northern Cali, headed to Dallas) and was exhausted. The shop is located very close to my hotel and I walked in 45 min before they closed. I was greeted with a smile and got a great manicure and the most wonderful pedicure with hot stones AND a cocktail! It was perfection! They stayed late, but I never felt like they were rushing through. I highly recommend this place. read more

They had an appointment for is. I sat in like warm water while I waited for my friend to get done. We asked for a certain pedicure and got the wrong one even though they argued . I waited in luke warm water that turned cold and decided not to get the manicure. Y friend sat in massage chair that did not work and mine had tape around the controller. read more

This is the best nail place I have EVER been too! The staff is so friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure you're happy! They stayed open late for me to get my acrylics off because I was traveling for work. They never once complained and actually taught me about different products while I was soaking. I went in today and was immediately greeted by a young gentleman who asked me to sign in and choose a color for my pedicure. They don't have many colors to choose from so I went with what I'm comfortable with, a nude/beige. The young guy asked me to wait while they got a chair ready for me. About 20 minutes later, I was asked to follow him to my chair. I waited for over half an hour for someone to finally come and get started on me. I didn't get the guys name, but he was extremely rough when massaging my feet. I hated it. After he was done with the polish, he asked me to wait there and someone would come get me so that I could get a full set. I waited almost an hour, and the only reason I didn't realize it right away was because the chair was giving me a really good massage. Finally someone came and asked me to go sit in a chair so she could get started on my nails. A customer, that I am guessing she knows well, came in and she immediately asked me to go sit in someone else's chair while she got started on the person who had just walked in. I sat in Kevin's chair and though he did a good job, I wasn't happy about how he tried to get me to get my nails the way he suggested rather than what I was asking for. The work was good but my overall experience was definitely not what I would've wished for. read more

I've been very Disappointed the last two times I have gone here. Each time within a day, my gel polish has started to peel. This last time, right after I sat down, the lady was working on my nails another lady came up they started talking in their language and started laughing and looking at me. I seem to have dealt with the same jerky guy everyone else has. I got my mom a gift card for us to get mani pedis together for mothers day, this isn't my usual salon but with a lot of stuff being closed i thought id give this place a try. The man who came and greeted us asked what we wanted, my mom doesn't like dip so she told him the just wanted a gel mani. He tells her "no" then begins telling us that he won't do gel because it will peel up and he already has two guest come in complaining theirs peeled and he said well i told them it would so it wasn't my problem. Thats not professional if you ask me. My mom agrees to give dip a try, he then asks if we want tips, we both work with our hands so we explained and said no thanks. Again, he tells us they will look ugly if we don't get tips, we stick our grounds and say no again and he rolls his eyes and walks away. He ends up being the one to do my nails, he asked mid way into doing my nails what color i want my toe nails and i said well i haven't looked yet and he again gets annoyed with me. Instead of soaking and cutting my cutical like a normal mani he used his nail drill to literally drill them off, OUCH!!! He was sloppy with the clear coats that allow the powder to stick as he was more interested in ease dropping on people around us and when he told me to get up to move to get my toenails painted he actually yelled at me for trying to grab my purse because it would ruin my nails. On top of that after my mom walked away he continued to talk about how stupid of a decision gel is, gel is meant to stay on for 2 weeks min. I don't know what the f**k they are doing there but its not right. I just didn't appreciate his attitude or the way he treated my mom. I recommend lucky nails, been going for 2 years and love it. They are all kind and all care about their guest, they make an effort to listen and give you exactly what you want whether they think it is "best" or not. read more

Don't go to Huong. He's a jerk. He tried to make my nails crooked and when he asked why I was unhappy I told him. He then went on a tirade about I don't see from the perspective be does and by fixing them he'd be messing them up. I've been getting fake nails for 13 years. I know what they look like. Not a good experience. Also the style he does breaks, chips, and peels off immediately. He makes them microscopic thin so they break. Before my visit yesterday I came in to get shellac and it literally peeled and broke the next day. They said it lasts two weeks, even if you work with your hands. Why would I want to pay 40$ on regular style polish? They're awful. Annoyed. read more

My experience here was not even one star. First they cut my finger pretty bad with the nail file. Then they put on the wrong color (an obnoxious blue) and when I said something about it I was told that the color would change once the top coat was put on. Once it was time for the top coat, glue was put on instead of clear. So that had to be redone. The color was still wrong at the very end and the woman that did my nails told me that I should have spoken up sooner and did not apologize or offer me a free nail appointment. read more

She used her finger nail to scratch off my gel polish. Had I known that beforehand, I would've saved the $10 and scratched it off myself.
