I'll have him call you." No one called me but a couple guys showed up at my house. I had several estimates scheduled that day and let them take a look at my problem. They were here for about ten minutes and said there was nothing they could do. A month later I got a bill for $247.66 from this company for "loss mitigation". I have called their office to dispute this charge and every time they tell me someone will call me back and they never do. Today I received another bill from them and the only person I can get on the phone says, again, "someone will have to call you tomorrow". This seems like some sort of scam.

The picture looked like he did a great job but on the day we got the keys and saw the carpets in person, you could immediately tell he didn't service some of the rooms. The living room you could smell urine on the carpet. My kids couldn't even sleep in their rooms for days because the smell of urine was so bad. Our carpet cleaner did a way better job. They are super expensive and still made us pay them. We almost paid $600 for a shitty job . We refused to pay the $980 they originally quoted us. The only reason I used them was because they do Good Shepard Hospital and other big companies. I would never use them again or recommend them. Very disappointed!!

The carpets looked great. Done in a short timely matter. But when the carpets were dried and I put…read moremy socks on to walk across it. My socks look so dirty, it look like I've been walking outside in them. I do not feel like my carpets were clean. I'm not sure what happened but when they clean them and I walked in my sock it's shown how dirty the carpets really were. I don't expect it to look all dirty Like I have been walking outside. when I clean the carpet with a rental, I go over it about 2 to 3 times to make sure they're clean. Then when I walk around in my socks they stay clean looking and nice For a reasonable time. This Was the first time I used a carpet cleaning service. I am not sure if the socks looking dirty right after cleaned and dried carpets is normal. I'm assuming it is not, because when I rent a carpet cleaner they never look like that Right after clean dried carpet.

Upon hearing that I would have movers walking on my freshly clean carpet Dan made a special trip to his shop to get fans so that it would be the most dry it could be before they arrived. I highly recommend someone that takes such care & pride in his job for his customers. I also liked learning about "the process".
