Hi Natalie! Cobie did an absolutely fabulous job at my daughter's baby shower! She was on time, set up quickly and was ready to take drink orders at 11. I received sooooo many comments about what a nice and positive person Cobie was!! She even offered to take a group picture of all the ladies which was so helpful! Cobie added such a special touch to our event - above and beyond the awesome drinks she served!! I also received many, many comments about how great the coffee was!! I have had the great pleasure of hiring Pacific Perks several times for office events over the last year. I first hired them to come to the office with the Espresso Bar, but after seeing how amazing they were, how delicious their offerings are, and how much everybody in the office enjoyed it, I went on to book the Smoothie Bar, Hot Cocoa Bar and Crepe Bar. Pacific Perks helped The Heathman Lodge celebrate our 20 year anniversary and their coffees and delicious peach smoothies were the absolute hit of the day. The Pacific Perks staff were amazing. Good Morning Natalie, We have enjoyed having Portland Perks for the last two years at our All Night Grad Party. Not only is it one of the most popular places of the night, but it also save me time and money in having to do something like that myself(or the group). Pacific Perks hosted my Grand Opening at Fresh Faces Rx in Portland for First Thursday in the Pearl, I was super impressed! They made the process of requesting help very simple, compared to other coffee services, this was incredibly affordable. The coffee choices were amazing and fun (try the Snickerdoodle latte!), they brought some super delicious cupcakes that everyone loved as well. I think what I liked most was how easy Nathalie makes things: i sent an email, they showed up...no hidden fees, nothing but great service. We just recently used Pacific Perks for an all employee appreciation Event here at Skamania Lodge. Everything from booking with Natalie to the execution of the two day event by Kylie and Missy was outstanding! The 'Perkologists' were charming and interacted with our associates in an extremely warm and engaging manner. We will be inviting PPC up here again for all of our appreciation events. Just an operational note, the Coffee carts don't need 220v but work off standard 110v plug points which allows them to set up anywhere on our property which was a big bonus! read more

We recently hosted the Grilled Cheese Experience event at our property for 100+ people. It was such a HUGE success and so much fun!! Our three Perkologists were friendly, fun, talented, quick, and helped to make our party a huge success. I can't tell you how many people commented about the unique idea of a Grilled Cheese party (so creative), and each sandwich was REALLY yummy. Really GOOD!! Working with Pacific Perks was such a joy, especially from an event planners perceptive. I have had clients that wanted very specific services and Pacific Perks took my idea and ran with it. They provided custom menus for my event as well as branding on product to promote the expo they were serving. Not to mention their barista's were prompt, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. We used Pacific Perks to cater an opening for a building in downtown Portland. We had two carts for two hours and were thrilled at how easy the whole thing was! Especially since we called them just two days before the event. The set up and clean up was so quick and the carts weren't as big and obtrusive as I originally imagined. They were compact and looked great in our space. The baristas were friendly and professional. Everybody enjoyed their drinks! We hope to use them in the future for other events! read more

I used Pacific Perks to host a smoothie and Italian soda bar at a party for 5th graders (2018). The hostess was very personable and the bar was a hit with the kids. As I have another 5th grader this year (2020) I booked a cart for the party again this year. Well, COVID-19 happened and we had to unfortunately cancel our party. Natalie at Pacific Perks was so helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend using Pacific Perks for any party or mobile beverage needs. Very professional and tasty services. read more

Pacific Perks Coffee is a pleasure to work with! They are one of our favorite vendors at Washington State University Vancouver. Not only are the coffee and smoothies delicious, the staff are always punctual and and friendly! Plus, you'll be surprised by their low prices and great customer service. Last year they were understanding when our event was rescheduled due to the snow storm and made the process pain-free! My only complaint is that they need a store I can visit on a regular basis. read more

The events were both amazing!! Rhonda and Julianne were fantastic! Rhonda handled the wave of social workers that came right when we opened like a pro, and Julianne was just the sweetest ever. She got to see first hand what happens when children are removed, and why Office Moms & Dads exists. During our event in Kelso, a large sibling group was brought into care. I hired Pacific Perks on 3/6/15 for National Employee Appreciation Day and the espresso bar was a huge hit!! Everyone absolutely loved it! Very pleased with Sarah and Pacific Perks for their service of a memorial reception at my workplace. The family I was working with went out of their way to commend me on the Espresso/Italian Soda bar for 35 guests that we had set up. I can attest that the Raspberry Italian soda with whipped cream was delicious. Sarah was pleasant to work with and was obviously accustomed to serving a line of thirsty people. Best hot chocolate ever! I moved from one building to another and for the move we hired Pacific Perks to celebrate and have free coffee for everyone. The service was amazing! Plus, I thought in my last building I had the best hot chocolate, but then I asked for one with Pacific Perks and they suggested I add Macadamia Nut - it was so good!!!!!
