Words cannot describe how amazing the Portland Booth was at my June 2018 wedding. Not only did Anna arrive a few hours before the wedding to set up the BEAUTIFUL wood background, table, props, and camera... But Anna also brought a large pop-up tent and graciously let us use the tent to cover a table that included my adorable aunts, uncles, and parents. It ended up raining, and the whole table was able to sit and eat dinner warm and dry. The photo booth was the epicenter for our photo guest book, and Anna helped all of the guests, who were getting tipsier and giddier, place all of their photos into the book and write messages. That book is irreplaceable and full of so much love. And, we ended up sending full sized prints of our favorite photo booth photos in all of our thank yous because they were so amazing. So, I organized a pretty big event for Eagle Fern Camp in Estacada this summer and The Portland Booth exceeded expectations! If you are running a summer camp or any event involving high schoolers, hire these guys. Anna was really professional and showed up early to the event to get everything in order before the guests arrived. Not to mention the service was really friendly and helpful the whole time. I have always loved photobooths and I knew that I wanted one at our wedding. I wasn't sure if we could afford it, but I'm so glad that I was referred to The Portland Booth by my venue. Anna was so responsive over email and was very helpful in covering all of the options that we had. I was so excited that our guests could take home prints of the customized photostrips and we would get copies on a flash drive too! It's just another way that we can experience such a beautiful celebration through the eyes of our guests. She also customized the photo strip style and sent me a few mockups to choose from before the wedding. I thought that was so unique and it really made for a memorable keepsake at the end of the night. Anna set up right on the dancefloor which was perfect! We had people constantly taking pictures, and it was really cool because there is a mini slideshow that starts to rotate through the pictures on the outside of the camera part of the booth. That was an extra touch that made it a nice little surprise to see. I was also surprised that Anna was there as an attendant for the night so that she could encourage people to use the props and was running the booth like the pro that she is! The Portland Booth is one of the best photo booths you can go with. We had them for my wedding in August and couldn't be happier. The staff is so friendly, engaging and a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent communication throughout the planning phase. You're able to customize the film strips and background to what you want. Portland Booth showed up very early to the event to make sure setup was completed and everything was working properly. The photos are extremely high quality due to the great lighting and camera. They provide a nice variety of props for all your goofy photo needs. The booth is self operated so you can control all the timing and know what to expect. After the series of photos you can share them on social media of text yourself a digital copy instantly. At the end of the night I got my completed photo album and usb flash drive with all my photos. The booth never had any complications and ran so smoothly thanks to the attendants. They work so hard behind the scenes to make sure your guests are having a great time and everything is problem free. The service is top notch and would recommend them to anyone. We used both the photo booth and the backdrop set up at our company Christmas party and they were both areas turned out to be a huge hit!! When we went back through the pictures it was evident everyone had a blast! The props they provided where hilarious. What makes this company better than the others we have used are the guys that run it! THEY ARE AWESOME! They were punctual, courteous, professional and FUN. We had Portland Photobooth at our wedding May 26th, 2012 at the Crystal Ballroom. They were one of the best vendors to work with while planning my wedding. They were easy to communicate with always making themselves available to answer questions and adapt to my bridezilla needs. Portland Photobooth was on time to our event, which seems minimal... but was important. Both of the operators were very friendly to our guests. The props they had available for our guests even matched our vintage themed wedding...which was a request I had asked Portland Photobooth for. Our guests were having such a good time that my husband and I decided to ask if they would stay extra time and they said yes with a smile and gave us a more than fair price. I offered to pay them for the extra time that night and they were very professional saying that they would catch up with us after the honeymoon for the remainder of the payment. I especially appreciated this kind gesture. I researched every photobooth company in Portland and am happy to say that Portland Photobooth met and exceeded our expectations. The price was competitive, the service was excellent and the photos were top notch. Our guests are still posting them all over Facebook. It is so nice to see how much fun our guests had at our wedding because the night goes so fast. If you are thinking about getting a photobooth... just do it. The Portland Booth was great to work with! Everything was simple and they responded quickly to all questions. The pricing was clear and direct. There were no hidden fees or suprises. On top of all that they showed up extra early, the owner himself came to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. This booth was the highlight of our party! The pictures came out so quick and while the next group was waiting...we could look at all the photos that had been taken streaming on the screen. It was alot faster than the vintage style booths. The attendant that was there was having fun with us and kept the booth running smoothly. The props were great as well, random, unique and fun! I had many people ask me where I found them and how much it was because they wanted to use them at future events. The one slight drawback was the cost...for our company it worked but if I had wanted to rent it out for a personal party, I am not sure I would/could afford the unlimited package we got. Despite this, I have to say it was worth it!!!! We paid for unlimited everything and we got unlimited fun! Our company is still laughing at the photos and talking about how great the photobooth was! I rarely see businesses that offer such excellent customer service as we experienced with these guys last night at my husband's company party. They were kind, helpful, patient with us and the crowd, efficient, and incredibly professional. We got a printout of our pictures (4 in total) right away and the next morning received a link to the photo online.
