She did that on another house, telling me you can only have one bid at a time on home sales in Oregon! The third home I chose, I engaged an other realtor, signed papers with them and then told Heather. She was very upset and would still not look at the house I chose. She kept dragging her feet. I had put earnest money down on a place, $4K which I lost and the Title Company held my check for cash in the amount of $340,000.00 I had to get an attorney (Andrew Teitelman) to get First American Title to return my check. I have no idea what Heather told them. It's been a nightmare! Just now (JUST NOW!!) I found out this home was advertised at 5,000 sq ft and the deed says, 4K sq ft! I am staggered at the complete lack of ethics in Oregon and with John L. Scott and Heather (who, by the way mentioned her church several times so I assume that was so I would think her as being honest.) I don't know if Oregon is just slow in business acumen or fast in dishonesty. I contacted two real estate attorneys who informed me if I were lied to or cheated, it's my fault for not doing due diligence. It's pathetic.
