Had our cesspool pumped by Levi a couple of years ago before buying the house and he came out to handle it quickly while we were in the inspection process. Fast forward two years later and we need the cesspool inspected for a VA loan. I figured why not get it pumped after I had to dig it up again. Levi came out today and said no need to pump. The water/fluid was from the ocean and would just fill up again. This is our first house with a cesspool and he could have just pumped it like we requested. We had a sewage overflow and did not know where the issue was. We called a plumber and they were not able to fix the issue, then I called Lehi to see if it could be our septic tank. Lehi knew that it was not a septic tank issue based on the video chat we had, but he still offered to come out to look at the issue. We were having issues with our main drain line backing up for months and had several plumbers come out and snake the lines only to temporarily resolve the issue, non of them even considered our tank being potentially full. After calling several cesspool companies 4 to be exact, (1) company never returned calls, one company showed up several hours late after a confirmed appt and the person was extremely rude and the other 2 companies wanted to bring in heavy machinery and dig up my entire yard and patio and offered no alternatives whatsoever. I finally called Lehi with Pacific Pumping and started discussing our issue, I could tell he was on a job because of his equipment running in the back ground but that didn't stop him from taking about 15 minutes to discuss various options, he then said he could swing by after his current job and take a look. Lehi showed up about 3 hours later and spent a good 30 minutes assessing the situation and going over options with us. It was a somewhat complicated situation because the previous owners had laid a concrete slab over the cesspool cover and my main goal was to be able to pump the tank without doing major damage to my lawn, pool plumbing pipes that were under the lawn and also my pool deck. Lehi offered several solutions that none of the other guys offered and really took the time to alleviate our concerns. He sent a quote the next day which was extremely fair and detailed the plan of action, he showed up on time with his crew and completed the job much quicker than expected, had it pumped and back in action within 5 hours, remarkable work, I would highly highly recommend Lehi to anyone that requires septic / cesspool work as Lehi is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional with an amazing price. Our septic tank was so full that it backed up, causing our ground level toilet to overflow. We needed help & fast! After explaining our emergency situation over the phone, Lehi assured me that he could help us. He showed up shortly after our call and went straight to work. After pumping the septic tank, he did some troubleshooting and discovered there was secondary issue; a clog between the house and the tank. I called Lehi for my clogged sump pump and made an appointment the next morning at 7:30a (on Labor Day). He came at exactly 7:30 and got to work. By 9a he and removed the old sump, installed the new one and ran it through a test cycle. He cleaned up and even hauled my old sump to the driveway so I could easily load it on my truck. Many of you know how traumatic it is when your sump pump goes bad so my advice is the following: Get wired or wireless alarm Have a spare pump (preferably the same so replacement is simple) Have a spare float Call this guy. I don't write reviews but this guy is running a questionable business to say the least. The one star review should be a 0. Called Lehi and asked for him to check out my cesspool that was filling up. He didn't mention the long drive, the cost, or what he planned to do. Just said he can come. He came out the next day with his pumping truck and wanted to pump it out right away. All good. I asked him how much to pump and he said $350. Then he walked away from me walking back to his truck and said he can do it for $300 without letting me say a word. He then put on his gear to begin pumping and I had to stop him and ask if there was room to negotiate based on pricing I had received from another company and research done online. He laughed at me and complained about the long drive and was utterly insulted and offended i would even ask. I respectively declined due mostly to his indignant, rude attitude. Then he says "okay pay me for gas." I tried not to laugh at his unprofessionalism but he simply walked away and drove off. At best this guy is running an unprofessional, overpriced business. At worst this is a total scam pressuring home owners to feel guilty by just showing up and expecting payment for whatever number he throws out there. Garbage. Lehi pumped out my cesspool, power washed the walls, did an acid treatment and installed a riser. The riser looks great and I won't have to dig up the ground anymore to get to the lid. We were in a serious pinch with our main drain clogged on a Friday night. Roto Rooter came out to take a look, did nothing to try to fix the clog, said the septic must be full and left. Saturday morning I called Pacific Pumping. Lehi was available to come in an hour and a half and his maximum rate was reasonable. Phew!!! He arrived just on time and revealed that we did not need our septic pumped....it wasn't but half full. Which means it was a clog in the main drain, just as we had suspected and told Roto Rooter!! Needless to say I was feeling helpless and frustrated. Then Lehi came to the rescue and offered to try to clear the clog, which he did successfully after some trouble shooting and a few attempts. He then pumped the septic out anyway! His rate remained fair and he really did save the day!!! No doubt who I will refer and use in the future. Mahalo! read more
