We were in the military for 20 years and had some 13 landlords for rentals. We have been dealing with Pacific Realty Rentals since our landlord shipped overseas and hired them to manage our home. This is, by far, the absolute worst manager we've ever dealt with - mainly because we never had any problems at all with the previous 13. The house we rent had known there were rats and had hired an exterminator. The exterminator discovered water under the house and "multiple places" where rats could come and go. We reported the problem and, now, over a year later, there is still water under the house and holes for the rats. No work has been completed. Because the rats were a pre-existing condition and we had done nothing to encourage them, under state laws, the landlord is responsible for making those repairs. Yet in a conversation, the agent I was dealing with claimed we were responsible. They, obviously, don't even know the laws applicable to their job. That conversation also contains comments about me and totally mis-represented what I said. If you're going to do business with them record everything they say (be sure to inform them of your intention, it's the law). I will be doing so myself. read more

I am a property owner whose ocean front condo is now managed by PRPM after several years with other management. I am so happy with the customer service and the little touches that PRPM adds. Leaving little handmade soaps for the guests, and meeting new arrivals in person to hand over keys instead of leaving them in a lock box are nice touches. tries to buy property on sand ridge. property failed bank inspection my 5,000 earnest money was never returned. pacific realty was no help.

Worst Real Estate Agency in Pacific County, WA. Broker Leslie Brophy and Real Estate Agent, Cindy Reese, took the keys to my house and lock box that was on the door and removed them. I sent a friend out to look at the property and they wouldn't respond. Once I finally got a response 90 minutes later they put the lock box inside the house and said, they'll mail me the key. I had people drive 2 1/2 hours to look at the house and this is how a professional Real Estate Agency acts? Plus they couldn't sell a house in 11 weeks of having the listing. Real Estate Agent Cindy Reese has do clue on how to treat a client and Leslie Brophy the Owner / Broker is just as bad.. I would highly recommend Pacific Realty. They treat you fair and return your call in a timely manner. Good place and good people.

Horrible company. They do not seem to be familiar with WA State rental code. Lease was allowed to expire. No new lease agreement was put in place. Seem to be over worked and over their heads. read more

When I reported a fitted bed sheet that did not fit and kept coming off--exposing the bare mattress (yuck!) my calls were ignored. Then when I brought it up again at checkout they were dismissive and claimed I was wrong. I can't be wrong about something that happened. HORRIBLE customer service!!! read more

Save yourself the time and trouble dealing with these unprofessional people who do not pay attention to detail. They will cost you time and money if you choose to work with them. Very typical of "small town" realtors. You will regret EVER using this company for anything!! Run the other direction!! read more

Review #14420838 "Parker House - Incredible Ocean Views!!!" Good house with bad customer service and experience I have to rate this house poor for their customer service and how they reacted to the customers although the design of the house, location, and how convenient it is to the town and the beach. We are a group of 10 people with a 1 year old kid rented the house for our mini trip to Long beach. We were all excited to the see the house, how nice it is and how good it is although there were problems with the kitchen fan (it doesn't work property at all), no sponge for dish washing (we had to bring our own), expired spices (lucky we brought our own), window without screen that allowed mosquitos accessing to the house ( it even bites our child and ourselves). Despite all of these problems, We were enjoy and were talking about coming back some day. HOWEVER, the biggest problem is the property manager of this house. We received a letter telling that he/she has clear evidences that we were using drug in the house while None of us is a smoking person nor using drug ( i was pissed that about to call and ask what kind of evidence you were talking about and should a DNA test needed to clear it out and give us back our reputation). It's funny that the property manager said that we left drug in the drawer ( i left lot of MCDonald ketchup and pepper and salt for you so your next renters can use it due to your house doesn't have it).WOW, is drug that cheap to left in the drawer?????? Second, on the letter indicated that the property manager has neighbors proved that we had more than 10 people. I guess that neighbors must not know how to count, perhaps a 1 year old kid count as an adult while he is not even a toddler yet. IT's funny thing here is they count people by the amount of trash. Let me telling you this with 10 people that amount of trash was already less. Other group of 10 had less on the amount of garbage doesn't meant we have to do the same. Asian tend to eat more food , cooking more, and the FOOD CAN BE SMELL (I guess Asian food smell like DRUG to you huh?). The smell of our food can be smell like drug to you but doesn't mean we are using drug. If you expect we came here and not cooking but buying food then the amount of your garbage will be less then should put it straight on the contract. Moreover, If you need to charge us for the deposit because it takes lot of work to clean up, then yes we can understand, but if you just find ridiculous excuses to charge us for sure you will lost customers. $100 is nothing but good to see how your business treat customers. read more
