This is a great, locally-owned company. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. When they came to give us a quote, Kelson came and was so professional and knowledgeable that we decided to go with them. They explained what was wrong with our roof, the issues from the recent rain and hail storm (who knew that we even had hail storms here in Kuli'ou'ou). The explained the process, their recommendations, and everything we needed to know to get the roof repaired. They also scheduled a time to come and tarp the areas of our roof that had the leaks so that in the meantime, if it rained, we wouldn't have a roof that was leaking into our home. I didn't even know you could tarp a roof before this experience lol. They did a great job because it stormed quite hard the day after they put the tarp patching and not a single drop of water got through. When the time to actually install the roof came, they dropped all the supplies off the day before and then the next day, a crew of guys came to our home and got moving. They laid tarps down on the ground around the house to catch debris and they put a dumpster in our driveweay to throw all the old roofing into. They managed to do our entire roof in a day even though they had projected it could take 2 days previously, the weather cooperated and this team of absolute professionals did an amazing and seamless job. They were moving like a well-oiled machine, disassembling the old roof and then checking and repairing the damaged board underneath the shingles. I learned how shoddy the original build work was when this house was built 20 years ago. But not to worry because Paul's Roofing repaired the damage and put a beautiful new roof up for us. They worked all day long... in the hot sun... smiles on their faces.... I was in awe. When they were done with the work, they hauled away all the rubbish, cleaned the perimeter of our yard of any debris and nails, ran a magnet thing around the yard to pick up any metal that might have been missed and they went home. It was the best experience with a roof contractor that I've ever had. They made it easy and hassle-free. They kept my husband and I informed and helped us to feel comfortable with the entire process. Nick said couldn't walk away from this, something is causing it. He needed to find what it was. And he did! A small hole in a roof tile. A small drill hole from another contractor who had did work up on roof. We were happy to find what is likely the cause. Nick came by on his own, repaired/filled hole. He said let's watch the ceiling still make sure we got it. Although our roof issue ended up being minor, the customer experience with this Nick was major! I do recommend giving them a call.

Apparently there were many cracked tiles, probably when panels were put in, tenting and/or neighbor's avocados. He checked for this type of tiles and the color. Recommended extra tiles because not many in my color which I did want. Rob and his helper went straight to work for many hours (in the hot sun and no breeze) due to the tile being slippery, not to cause further breakage and must do one at a time). At the time, about 5years ago, I was not ready for re-roofing my home, cause I was informed that my roof asphalt shingles were still good. and decided to postpone it. I also walked around the neighborhood and see FBC trucks doing my neighbors houses, in Kapolei. Fast forward in 2025, I decided it was time to re-roof my house, cause I seen asphalt granules on the ground, and I know it came from my roof top, when it rains heavy. I gave them a call and asked for the surfer dude, Ben, who's on the cover of that flyer left on my doorknob, many years ago. Right away, through the power of advertising, they know who i was talking about. Unfortunately, Ben has moved on to open his own roofing company and was referred to Kyle. Due to work conflict schedule, I met him on a Sunday midmorning. Kyle to his ladder and climbed on my roof, to take pictures, take measurements and do a quick assessment.
