Our painter fell through at the last minute and we needed our interior home painted within days, reached out for a quote with impact painting and Leon responded within minutes. I was brutally honest with him about last minute emergency and also transparent about our finances and he was very compassionate and understanding and willing to try and work with us. After messaging back and forth about the details, he was very honest and gave me two different options to see which one was more feasible for us. He took the time to break everything down with just videos and pictures of our home since we were pinched on time. After receiving his quote, I realized he was really trying to give me a competitive price, but unfortunately it was not in our budget. Also, how well he handled our situation, we did not want to disrespect him and his company as they deserve the quote and more that was presented. We felt really bad and if we had the financing, we would 100% go with Leon. Impact was competitive in pricing and their contract was very detailed. They guarantee their work and customer satisfaction is a priority, so that they don't require a down payment until completion! After asking friends and neighbors for recommendations for house painters I kept hearing great things about Impact Painting. I got in touch with them and got a quote for the painting to be done. Leon was the contact person for us and he had a contract ready for us to sign within a few days. Of course we had to wait a couple of months but that was the only negative. The owner, Chris, came, gave a quote, wrote up a well written proposal and they painted sample colors at our house free of charge to help us make a selection. They used two coats of paint and their charges were very reasonable. They use high quality paint. They didn't even require any deposit until the job was done. As I was lying on my floor this morning and admiring the awesome paint job from 5 years ago for the millionth time, just wanted to add my kudos to the stellar reviews on this great team. We bought our house in 2014, and although the vaulted ceilings looked okay, the natural wood and purple beams didn't match our decor, so the one thing we decided to do before moving in with our dog and baby was to paint the ceiling. Our HOA (a necessary evil I say) has decided it is finally time to repaint the exterior of our house...along with the rest of the neighborhood. Naturally, I scoured Yelp for recommendations, in addition to recommendations from other home owners who are getting their houses painted as well. I narrowed down my choice to three companies, with a fourth one chopped because the owner was "too busy" to come out and see my house to provide an estimate and urged me to just email him the dimensions of the house instead and he'll use that to provide an estimate. C'mon! Nothing says "I don't need your business" like telling a potential customer you have no time for him. All three "finalists" have favorable reviews on Yelp, with Impact providing the best quote. One of the three I was considering happened to paint my neighbor's house so I got to see them in action. In speaking with my neighbor, certain things made me question whether this other company was the one I should go with...i.e. my neighbor was told Sherwin Williams ran out of his color of paint (really?) so they convinced him Glidden is just as good...or they initially promised him they will cover his solar panels only to be convinced his panels shouldn't need covering as it should not be impacted by any over-spraying (really?). In the end, I went with Impact Painting. They had the best quote and Chris, the owner, was responsive, informative, and readily returned emailed questions. I communicated my desire to have Sherwin Williams paint (incidentally my research suggested that the top brands of paint are Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Pittsburgh Paint) and to ensure the solar panels are covered prior to any spraying. I also wanted bird vent covers installed (those 2" round vent covers are not cheap and I bought them myself at HD) and he provided a reasonable quote for the labor on that add on. Pros and tips: - Chris, the owner, was involved all along and was side by side with his crew in painting my house. He was knowledgeable and even shared some tips on how to stain the concrete in my backyard. He provided an estimate for that but I decided to do it myself. - What Chris said he would do, he and his crew did. He and his crew were professional, conscientious, and courteous. - Look for a company that is licensed...there are many "fly by night" painters that would offer to paint your house for a very low price..but what happens when someone gets injured on the job and they do not carry any health insurance...will you be on the hook? - Do not be swayed into accepting a lesser quality paint...if they quote you a certain brand like Sherwin Williams or Pittsburgh Paint or Benjamin Moore, ensure they stick with that or adjust the quote accordingly if a "lesser quality" paint is suggested - Look for a company that would back their work with a 5-year warranty. If they only offer a 2-year warranty, then request a 5-year warranty for no additional bump in cost...any good company will stand by their work. Notes: - There were a couple of rose bushes that had branches broken off due to the heavy drop cloths used to cover them. If you have plants you want to ensure are protected, either move them indoors or away from the structure to ensure they would be OK...or request lighter drop cloths be used on those particular plants you can't move. - Prior to any painting, make sure you take multiple pictures of your house to ensure the paint scheme is maintained (especially if dictated by HOA) ..i.e. fascia and gutter remain the original color, trim and base remain the same, etc. - Do a walk through of the painted area to point out any minor issues that the painters can address then and there...maybe even do this prior to an initial walk through with Chris or whomever the owner is. read more

Impact painting just completed our exterior paint job and we loved it. I commend these guys for their professional services and awesome customer service. Paint job is a big job, and so we took our time doing our research and getting quotes. I have to say that, this was one of the most simple-detailed quotes I got out of the 8 quotes we were able to get in our process. Estimate was at a decent price; easy to understand and loved the click options and it automatically gives me the exact amount of the job. The painters (Jonah and Neal) did a fantastic job with painting our exterior; from power washing to caulking to applying primer on spots that needed primer, installing our vents to cover all the bird-hole ventilation and painting, as a customer, i was happy with the results. I love looking at our new paint job every time i pulled up to the house. I honestly think i have the best color and paint job in my hood. I'm also grateful and appreciative of Manny for giving me an expert recommendations on going with lighter color vs. a dark color that i wanted for the sake of protecting the house from the heat. My experience with Impact Painting was great from the beginning. As with others my HOA had sent notice that my house was in need of repainting. Manny at Impact painting was one of the first to respond to my request for estimates and was very willing to work with my schedule for the estimate walk through. During that walk through Manny was very professional and answered all of my questions. As this was my first time getting a house painted he was also kind enough to propose a few questions that I should be asking. The painting itself went smoothly, starting on schedule and finishing just slightly ahead of schedule. It did take a little while for the foreman to comeback for the final walkthru, but that gave me time to do several walkthrus on my own without pressure. There were a few minor touch up areas that the foreman and his painter fixed up that day. I suppose this is standard procedure, but they left the extra paint in case I need to make minor touch ups in the future. I'm not really one to write reviews but I had such a great experience with a smaller company that I wanted to spread the word about how awesome they were. I recently hired Impact Painting to paint my master bedroom, bathroom, upstairs hallway, wall staircase, foyer, living room and kitchen. The service and efficiency was amazing from start to finish. I had met Chris (the owner of Impact Painting) when we had the exterior of our house painted last summer. We had spoken a few times about my ongoing home renovations during that job and he mentioned that he had a small company that could help us with a multitude of projects if we ever needed assistance. I requested his card and as soon as we decided to paint the interior (about a year later), I reached out to him for a quote. I emailed him and heard back from him within 24 hours to set up an appointment for an estimate. I also reached out to 4 other places some of which never returned my calls/emails and others that took entirely too long to set up a day to quote. After getting two in person quotes and two telephone quotes based on square footage, I decided to go with impact painting because their price was much more reasonable than the others, particularly those who simply guessed over the phone and they were constantly professional, always answering my questions within 24 hours. The owner, Chris, came out several times to aid us in selecting the colors for the house. He was extremely patient as my husband and I simply couldn't figure out what we wanted. We finally decided to mix two colors to come up with a color we both liked. The actual job was done really quick and efficiently. His staff of 2 and sometimes 3 guys were polite, professional and on time each day. I had a last minute time crunch and they were able to finish everything in a little over 3 days. We were expecting the whole job to take a week so this was amazing! His staff was also very understanding of our 3 curious dogs who escaped on more than one occasion to investigate what was going on in the various places around the house. Chris was also very prompt, often making visits to the house to make sure I was happy with everything going on. I highly recommend them for their price, quick responsiveness and work product. Chris responded promptly to our inquiry and was quick to give an estimate. The painters primed and painted the fascia, and then they waited for our rain gutters to be installed. Then they power-washed, scraped, and repainted the eaves. They promised not to get any paint on our siding or our new driveway - and they didn't leave even a drop. (They masked the whole house.) They even helped with our color choice. It wasn't a simple job - we had a bunch of stuff stacked on one side of the house, sort of in the way. They didn't complain - just moved or masked what they needed to. Chris and his crew were prompt, neat, polite, and efficient. The price was very fair. The paint looks great.
