They showed up and vacuumed up the water with their truck in no time. The fans they left were REALLY loud but did the job. Came back on Sunday morning to check. The two guys were professional and did a good job. Wish those fans weren't so loud but they acted so quickly it kept my walls and carpet from being damaged. They didn't repair the hole they cut in the drywall under my sink but they gave me the name of a contractor that does insurance work.

We had a great experience with John. He listened to our concerns and worked with some unexpected circumstances on our part. He showed up on time with a courtesy call before the appointment. He cleaned an older recliner and made it look like new. He did an amazing job on the carpets and even got a rug clean that was stained so bad I thought for sure we would need to replace it. The heavier trafficked areas and an area where a couple older dogs used to lay came out like new. The carpet cleaning made the carpet look new, fresh and amazing. The carpets stayed wet for a little while as expected but not too long like other carpets I've had done in the past from other companies.
