He did not tell me it would be beautiful only from one angle and I am very disappointed. So frankly I would not hire him for a repair. This is a reply to your offer. Thank you for your offer to redo the work, but when I expressed concerns after your initial repair, that would have been the time to discuss alternative approaches. At the time you left me with that was just the way it was because of the way light is refracted. I tried to ignore it but it leaps out at you every time you walk by. It is much worse than it was before and 4 times larger. I hired another company to come out and see what they could do. Although their repair still isn't perfect, it is significantly less noticeable. At this point, I don't feel confident that another attempt would achieve the results I would like.

One of the selected review photos will highlight situation if you look closely enough at the feet I was really worried about this problem, but Yury and his team came up with creative solutions to make our final vision come to life. Their ingenuity and work ethic kept the project schedule and the project budget on target. When it came time to finish the project, we discussed our remaining concerns, and rest assured, Yury's professionalism, skill, and creativity delivered a fantastic, well finished solution. In very little time, he delivered 3d conceptual designs on the bits of custom work, allowing us to see the final product before making a decision. This made it very easy to understand the vision and left us very comfortable with the direction. He even went the extra mile and made special accommodations to come back and provide the finishing within less than a week.

They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. Chuck finished the kitchen up and did fine work with our plumbing which required some intricate work to accommodate our layout. He was great at listening to what I wanted and making that work rather than trying to convince me to do something different. Everything is now installed complete with lots of drawers, cubby's, a floor to ceiling shoe rack, curved hanging bars in the corners, etc. and it looks fantastic!! I showed a picture of it to a friend and she thought I was showing her a picture from the internet - like a model dream closet organizer. =) I would absolutely recommend Barry! Just don't keep him too busy because I'll be using him for future projects. ;)

I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

I would have been happy with a simple response of: "super busy haven't forgotten about you, will get back to you soon" or "taking time off for vacation, will get back to you soon" whatever. However, not responding to a prospective customer is not acceptable in my book. I can only imagine what would have happened had I actually booked the job.

I could not be happier with the final result. I am very impressed with the level of quality. I specifically asked for tight grout lines and that they be perfectly straight and that is exactly what I got. I'm a perfectionist and I can be tough to please, but I am 100% happy with the project.
