A bit above 3/4 of a tank. This location charged us almost 11.00, 3 gallons (not much) to make them whole. Just a suggestion for u-haul, fill your trucks full and renters have a reference point to go by. Not your interpretation of what is right or wrong. Although it does help u-haul gouge you for a few extra dollars. Not to mention make sure you get a gate activation code when the rental is confirmed. We did not receive one and spent over an hour on the phone with u-haul customer service to get a code. This cost us additional funds as we had movers waiting at $ 20.00 per hr to load the u-haul.

I found the 10X20 storage facility I rent from them at another storage facility for over $81 per month cheaper - and this one includes insurance and admin fees. The $220 per month by Blue Sky does not include these extra fees. Additionally, I have been locked out twice (once due to a code change they did not communicate) and the company they've hired to help in such emergencies employs one of the surliest people I have dealt with...and you get him every time. Not a good place to rent.

I call back and am told their system doesn't show the charges and they can't help me even when though I provided all of the documentation. Lie #3. When you talk to customer service, and ask to speak to a supervisor, they can't transfer you. The will "send an email or something" to have the supervisor contact you. Good luck hearing from anyone. When I didn't hear back from anyone, I contacted customer service again to ask for a phone number or email address for the supervisor; of course they "don't have a phone number or email address". This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. All I wanted was an email stating that my account had been closed and I would no longer be charged after move-out. The customer service rep that I spoke with that couldn't give me any supervisors contact info, said that I need to take a picture of the empty unit and send it to them. Well, why didn't they tell me that in the beginning or when I called the first time to let them know the move-out date? The amount that they charge for the "DUMP" they have as storage units is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, when we rented this, it was an emergency and we really didn't have time to shop around. Had we known in the beginning this was not a locally-owned business, we would have never rented from them. Stay away from this company! They have no local manager. It's all done online.

(My mother is renting a unit from another company in springtown and those have been major issues). Anchor Storage even has a dumpstation, air/water near office. Any issues that have arise Anchor Storage has address in a very timely manner. I feel confident that my possessions store at Anchor Storage are keep safe, pest free, dry just like the day we put them in. I would highly recommend Anchor Storage for any storage needs.
