Great storage locker company. Professional and nice. Would definitely recommend. Very safe with gated entry.

The process was easy and not complicated. I was in another state when I rented the space and was able to do everything remotely via phone and online. The payment process was done securely and the contract through docusign (same as what is used by real estate agents/loan brokers) Very professional! The only issue was that my temporary address wasn't coming up on their end. Monica from the local storage facility called me right away and we took care of it. Been at this storage here for 3 years and without fail every few months they increase rates started at $50 per month and now it's almost $115 per month for a 5×10. Never can reach anyone unless you're a new customer the roof on my unit leaked ,and when i moved out she comes around to hang out and watch what your doing. To give it one star is generous. Do not recommend and will never do business with again, so glad to be done with them. read more

Storage facility is beautiful. But you get moved in then 2 months later they doubled my storage price. I got a letter stating storage prices change basically supply and demand... if you look on the website there online prices are cheap but it's NOT marketed as a move in special then saying new price it only gives the one price. I moved out of that unit and returned to the facility I had previously rented with. The previous facility I never had fluctuating rent in the 2 years I had been there so we returned to the old facility and even upgraded with them. And just fyi moving in was a breeze I called and spoke with them 3 times with this price hiking company but move out I left a voicemail no call back.. I had to call the company number and I still never received a call back. It took an extra week to get the paperwork emailed that said my move out was official. STILL NO call back. I would not recommend unless you double what you are thinking you will be paying a month into your budget read more

Being a professional mover for the last 28 years, gives me great understanding of storage facilities and the way they cater to the needs of their customers. This specific facility is one I have worked in a few times. In those times I worked with our customers in this place I have noticed that the place is very well taken care of. Manicured landscaping outside the facility and inside it is always clean and well lit. The facility has indoor and outdoor units and several parking spots in front of the office. One thing I don't like so much about this facility is the way it is built which makes it hard to make turns with a large truck between the buildings. If the driver is not a good, experienced and careful one,then he/she could end up with a damaged truck and/or building. It is definitely not recommended to even try to access it with an 18 wheeler. It is close to I-20 and there is a large QT nearby for cold drinks on a hot day or even a bathroom stop if the storage office is closed. For locals in Weatherford it's a convenient and functional location. If you're living nearby I recommend you check it out if you're looking for a storage facility. Needed something quick and available. Reserved the storage and within 10 minutes Kay called and asked some questions and informed me it was a first come first serve basis...went to the location and viewed units. Explained the things that's needed to be. Went in and signed lease agreement, Kay took my family and into the unit showed us how to put the lock on and we were on our way! read more
