Wow! I have never been in such a large pro shop before! When we popped in it was an unplanned visit and we walked in from inside versus the main outside exit so it seemed like a large store but the surprise was around the corner when it was about three times larger in size. Needless to say you can find anything and everything Packers! Now I have to say it's a wee bit pricey! That being said there is an ample amount of clearance (just hit that section up first!) the clearance had a lot of selection there was a clothing clearance and I later found out a separate location with some home goods style clearance. It's worth looking there first! I do have to say though I really was impressed with the selection of items. If I was a true Packer fan (sorry I just don't do football!) I would likely have invested in several sparkly women's attire and the faux fur coat! This is the largest pro shop I've ever been in. It was shockingly huge with everything and anything you could possibly imagine.Tchotchkes, shirt, hat, balls, bobble heads, custom items, housewares, shoes, and tons of memorabilia. Of course I love cheese and the cheese heads were my favorite. I thought the souvenirs were pretty pricey at $18 a pair of socks. There was a custom corner where items can be customized near the clearance corner, which was still pretty pricey. Wow this store is huge! Today I visited the Packer Pro Shop for the first time. It's right inside Lambeau Stadium and you can park for free right out in front. They have every kind of shirt, jacket, shoe, socks, hats, toys, magnets, and decoration you can imagine.....always with Packer or Lambeau flair. There are collectibles and edible treats; all spread out in a layout that's the size of a small department store. It was a bit overwhelming and I kept losing my family members because there are so many different sections! The prices were on par with what you'd find at any other sporting goods store; but if it's Packer gear you want; you won't find a bigger selection anywhere! They have plenty of registers and employees so checkout is a breeze. You can also access the inside of the stadium via escalator. If you are a Packer fan, or just a football fan in general, you definitely need to check this place out if you're ever in Green Bay. We left with a few bags of Packer paraphernalia. Oh boy! This is one of those must-visit shops when you're in Green Bay. The city is all about the Packers, and this shop is everything Packers, from floor to ceiling. You will find every sort of Green Bay Packers tchotchke and accessory, from branded shirts to cheese hats to mugs to dog leashes. I left with some Lambeau Field tube socks, which my son appreciated. I almost bought a cheese head, but it would have been too big to shove into my suitcase. Oh well. Everything in the Pro Shop is super organized, and it's a pleasant experience to wander around and look at all of the things. When you first walk in, you will probably want to turn right and see what's in that part of the store, but be sure to also go to the left of the entrance and check out the other part. For what the Packers Pro Shop represents, there's no place better for a Green Bay Packers fan. It has its own parking lot, while also having entrances that lead directly outside or into the Lambeau Field atrium, and it's easily the biggest store I've been to dedicated to one team. So why isn't it five stars? Two reasons. One, they don't match the Packers Pro Shop website. It's one thing that this isn't connected to Fanatics or NFL Shop--I totally understand that, but when you don't match your own online marketplace? That leaves much to be desired. In my last visit, while I was obviously floored to be surrounded by so much merchandise from the team I've loved most of my life -- there were hardly any "deals" that I wouldn't find better someplace else. If anything, this just gave me the opportunity to try on apparel before deciding to buy it online. Last but not least, because it's not connected to its online counterpart, it's pricey. Granted, everything here is officially licensed for and by the NFL and the Green Bay Packers, and again, I understand that. But there's a reason why their clearance section has so many pieces on the shelf -- even that is overpriced. Sorry NFL, but nobody wants to buy a Crucial Catch T-Shirt for a clearance price of $30 when it cost $40 originally along with the clearance price no longer going to the cause. There are plenty of sports stores in Green Bay that'll offer the same or similar apparel for the fraction of the price, but if you must have that spot at the stadium on Game Day, then obviously there's no place better. read more

Calling all Green Bay Packer fans. When I got here I was like a kid in a candy shop grabbing every little thing from mugs and cups to blankets and sweaters. This place is massive and has almost infinite packer swag. It's broken down to sections for home, pet, men, women, children, along with miscellaneous things. Obviously you can get your classic cheesehead here for a cool $25 along with other beanies, hats, and ear warmers. We picked up a fair amount of swag that I carried on the airplane. Thankfully I carefully planned to under pack knowing I would go a bit spend crazy here. Thankfully I was under budget and still got some cool things. I would recommend coming here the day before or after game day (if you are a non-Green Bay native like me). Game day was madness with people everywhere so that it was hard to thoughtfully shop and navigate the store, but when I came back the next day it was almost empty so I had time to really peruse and re-look through all the stuff. If I ever have the chance to come back I would definitely come back here to update our packet gear. read more

This pro shop is absolutely massive! I was here on Saturday as I was attending a game and it was packed. I entered the pro shop through the escalators via the stadium and slowly wandered through it. As I was in the shop I kept getting further and further away from the cashiers and the it just kept going and going until I got to the end but it was just a corner for another section of the store! I couldn't believe how massive the store was. There's a ton of Packers gear from clothing to housewares and even Packers branded golf equipment and many other things. There was a person with the yard sticks showing the end of the lineup for the cashiers and I'd say it was at least 300 people long. Items in store seem like regular price and there wasn't a large markup for being at Lambeau. Staff are friendly and if you go any time other than game day weekend I'm sure you'll be in and out of here in no time read more

I placed an order for five items did not receive one of them. I called and was told they need to look into it will call back within 4 days. No response call back the 5th day was told they still need to look into it I then told them I needed to speak to a manager. Was told by Dave they need to look into it. He said they need to look at a video to see if it was placed in the box. I told him it did not matter what the video shows I did not receive it. I then said send me a copy of that video to me he said okay. When he called me back after so-called viewing the video. He told me that it shows that it was put in there and he cannot send me a copy of the video. You then told me he did not tell me he was going to send it to me on the first call. Dave's a liar. I was then told they will not be able to refund me for something I did not receive. Just filed a dispute with PayPal. I'm also going to call my bank. I ordered a custom jersey for my son's birthday September 12th (I ordered the more expensive jersey because they had limited sizes on the $149 version). The website said in red "allow 3 weeks for delivery". Over 3 weeks passed and I did not see the jersey so I contacted them multiple times. They finally got back to me and they said their website said 4 weeks (I am confident they changed it, but regardless). In two days we will be at the 6 week mark and the only response I am getting from them is they are waiting on a reply from their vendor. Maybe this company is a scam? read more

Do not order online from the Pro Shop. I placed an order, paid for express shipping, the order was delivered to the wrong address (as pictured in the delivery photo) and I've called the Pro Shop several times to be reimbursed for the $190 I spent. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years at the Pro Shop (not to mention attending games). When I called, they said "they had no reason to believe the package was not delivered" (essentially saying I was lying) and refused to refund me. Well I had ordered my Jordon Love jersey, and low and behold Paypal used my wrong address. My order had not been processed on their site and we let them know our new address, the proper one. Keep in mind its a Saturday so nothing is going out until Monday. They said they cant do that, and just shipped it anyway instead of stopping it or redirecting it, As I write this its sitting there and I still cant stop it. But during the week is a great time to go and check it out. Literally, anything Packer related is there from the glory years until the present. games, posters, expensive stuff, down to little things that are just Packer Cool. Bring your money! Here is a tip from Yelp-Steve-O, ask where clearance is. Why? They have last year's stuff that was a in-thing' that is now replaced by the new 'in-thing'. All sorts of cool stuff. We stopped in when we went to the Hall of Fame. They seriously have so many things - if you need a mask or gaiter for COVID protection, they've got it. They have diamond encrusted helmets for sale! And a jumbo cup that can hold both your drink AND your snack. (Not quite sure why I'd want that, but if I did, they have it!) Need a knife, cutting board, frying pan? They've got it. Blankets, pillows, bottle opener? Seriously - if there is something that you want or need and they don't have one, I would be completely shocked! HUGEEEEE. Wow this place is massive! Almost overwhelming I might add. The staff is incredibly nice helpful and caring. The amount of goods they have in stock is insane. If they don't have it on the floor you can guarantee they will check the back, front, or offer to order it for you. I was able to get gear for the game against the redskins and some goods to take home such as a coffee mug. It was also a nice stop to buy gifts for the family, fellow packers fans. A gift shop so big, so loaded with Packer merch and so over the top with things of utter uselessness that you can't do anything but come away admiring this place. Though I only left with a fairly understated green cotton ball cap, friends, I had my choice of silk boxer shorts adorned with Packer logos and colors, triangular cheese hats you could pluck from a vintage pickup truck that had been refurbished and painted in team colors, green and yellow striped overalls (possible Hee Haw themed Halloween selection), bobble heads from guys that are now dead from TBI (sorry, it's true), Packer shot glasses, golf bags, themed crock pots and more. Been a Packers fan my whole life but have never been able to find quite the right attire to really show my pride. Was SO excited to finally be within a close proximity to this store to make a visit possible thinking it of course would be the best place to fill this need. However, after wandering around for just a few minutes I was disappointed to discover they kneel to the body shaming demographic of most other places I shop. Of course if I was a man I would be in business, plus sizes all the way up to 5XL in some cases. Unfortunately I was born into a world where it is not okay for a woman to be plus size and I am indeed a woman. Wandered the woman's section for as long as both my kids would allow before coming to the conclusion that 2XL was as big a size as they carried.
