The area is clean, well-maintained, and easy to walk around with a nice courtyard and parking structure. There's a nice mix of restaurants, coffee shop - including a coffee bar inside Bristol Farm and other stores, so it works whether you're grabbing food, meeting friends, or running grocery errands or even stopping by the local credit union. There's also 4 EV chargers for your car. Parking is usually pretty easy, in the back area, which is a big plus as long as you stay away from the front area of restaurants. Overall, it has a relaxed and family-friendly feel since it's walking distance to the library and is one of the nicer centers in the area.

The parking lot was recently redone so everything is new and spiffy.

Lovely little shopping center off of East Lake Village Drive and Yorba Linda Boulevard…read more You can find it by looking for the old fashioned water tower. Starbucks has been renovated within the year and is now a drive through location with nice large windows that let in ample natural light. There is dog friendly seating in the patio out front. A new ice cream shops has just popped up where the Starbucks used to be. Oceans and Earth is a restaurant that specializes in seafood and other meats as well as farm fresh vegetables. Their wine selection is good and I believe they now also serve brunch on weekends although we have only dined there for dinner. There is a beauty salon that has numerous little substations. It's new and clean. There is also a CVS Pharmacy. Nekter has fresh juices and smoothies. There is also a Rubios. Lots of pine trees make parking in the summer better for your car so it's not so hot when you return from running errands. The only part of the parking lot where you really need to take care is near the grocery store as there are a lot of people who forget to look both ways before crossing. Overall a great little shopping center that has recently gotten some good new businesses.

The new mix of shopping, dining, and family-oriented offerings has made it an even better destination. I'm go to the Uniqlo and Shibuya LA all the time, which are fantastic additions for anyone looking for Japanese fashion, skincare, and cosmetics. Several existing retailers have also refreshed their spaces, including Coach and Lululemon, giving the mall a more modern feel. The outdoor plaza and children's play area are wonderful additions for families. It's a great place to relax while kids burn off some energy and the pet-friendly outdoor spaces make it even more inviting. The dining scene has also improved dramatically. With restaurants like Din Tai Fung, North Italia, Kalbi Social Club (KBBQ), The Melt, and Pacific Catch all within steps of the mall. There are plenty of excellent sit-down options for before or after shopping. The addition of LA Fitness and the new apartment complex will likely make this area even more vibrant and lively. Brea Mall has done an impressive job evolving into more than just a shopping center. It's revived the mall and become a true community destination where you can shop, dine, exercise, and spend the day with family and friends.

Whoa! It's been 9 years since my last review; time for an update!…read more This is one of the few malls that's still thriving. After Sears closed, they tore it down and are now building a nice outdoor retail/dining area with some decent restaurants. I'm not sure why apartments taking over a mall parking lot are such a big deal, and not sure I would want to live that close to a major mall, but I assume they make money. The one they do is take up parking. Which is my only complaint. Parking here can be a pain. Whatever you do, never park in the parking garage next to Nordstrom's when it's busy. The cars backed up on the street can be insane, and the guys with the flags to control traffic seem to be there only to help pedestrians cross the road. The last time I tried to park there, we ended up on the very top, which was also full, and only got a spot because someone left. Parking behind the men's/houseware Macy's store used to be great, but then they locked those doors. During the holiday, parking is already bad enough, but with this expanded area, it's only going to get worse. Inside the mall, I do love the mix of stores. The food court has just enough variety to make most people happy. It's also a great mall for walking, especially if you end up parking far enough away from an entrance to earn some extra steps.

We love Yorba Linda Station shopping center and have been frequenting here for years!…read more There are 4 entrances on Imperial Highway at Lemon Drive, Lemon Drive East, Olinda Street, and by Mimi's Cafe, and then one more entrance on Yorba Linda Boulevard between Mimi's Cafe and the yoga studio. Ample parking and some is even in the shade if you get lucky. Insider tip: If you're going to Polly's Pies use one of the two Lemon entrances because Polly's has a huge parking area not a whole lot of people know about behind the restaurant that is less crowded than the rest of the parking lot and Polly's Pies has two entrances and the entrance by the back parking lot is usually less busy although it has stairs so if someone in your party needs wheelchair access then use the front door off of Imperial highway. In addition to Polly's and Mimi's there's another restaurant in the center called Fitness Cafe that has salads, pizzas, pasta, and plenty of healthy options for everyone. Fitness Cafe is next to a wine bar that has a fire pit so that's a fun place to gather friends. The wine bar has tapas style finger foods and we've been there when they have live music in the evening. The cookie element sells so many varieties of cookies! If you don't want to heat up your house using the oven during the summer they will be sure to offer whatever cookies you're craving! My fiancée and I both like their cookies although they're a bit sweet for me so if you have a sweet tooth you'll like them. There is also a relatively new kickboxing gym here if you need to burn off the calories from the cookies haha There are multiple doctors offices here as well as boutiques and other shops. It's located across the street from the Yorba Linda Public Library and is across the cross walk from the new YLTC. The buildings could use some upgrades but the businesses here are top notch.

I just visited this outdoor mall on Sunday and I wanted to write a quick review…read more The mall is somewhat small, but is beautiful and located in a nice area. The main attractions for me are the Whole Foods Market and Mendocino Farms. I love both of those places and they are right next to each other. I had lunch at Mendocino then did a quick shop at Whole Foods. There are other places to shop and eat, however those are my go-tos. Lots of parking and the mall is shaped in like a circle, so very easy to get around. Also, for me, since I live in Chino Hills I get to take Carbon Canyon drive which is actually a cool drive over the hills. I do recommend coming here. I do wish they had more shops, but overall a good mall for shopping and eating. Thanks.

The look and layout make it enjoyable to walk around -- plenty of clean, open spaces and outdoor seating that give it a relaxed vibe, especially on a nice day. With a strong lineup of restaurants, cafes, and shops anchored by Whole Foods, it's easy to spend time there whether you're grabbing groceries, meeting friends for lunch, or just grabbing a coffee. What I personally like most is the variety of food and retail options and that it doesn't feel like just another strip mall -- it's got a little bit of atmosphere to it. Many of the eateries have good food, and the plaza feels more like a place to hang out, stroll, or make a whole afternoon out of your visit. The reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is parking and crowding. At peak times, the parking can get really tight, and sometimes spots fill up before you even get close to the shops. That can be annoying if you're just trying to pop in for something quick. Overall -- a pleasant, well‑designed place with good food and shopping options that's worth visiting, just be ready for a bit of parking hustle during busy hours.
