Services include a DMV auxiliary office, a couple of hair salons, a dry cleaner, a couple of medical practices, and a waxing shop. Eateries here vary from 2 chains (Chuck E. Cheese & Carl's Jr) to local small businesses offering sushi, Mexican food, a donut shop, and a locally popular diner which serves down home breakfasts and lunches.

The main attractions for me are the Whole Foods Market and Mendocino Farms. I love both of those places and they are right next to each other. I had lunch at Mendocino then did a quick shop at Whole Foods. There are other places to shop and eat, however those are my go-tos. Lots of parking and the mall is shaped in like a circle, so very easy to get around. Also, for me, since I live in Chino Hills I get to take Carbon Canyon drive which is actually a cool drive over the hills. I do recommend coming here. I do wish they had more shops, but overall a good mall for shopping and eating. Thanks.

There's also 4 EV chargers for your car. Parking is usually pretty easy, in the back area, which is a big plus as long as you stay away from the front area of restaurants. Overall, it has a relaxed and family-friendly feel since it's walking distance to the library and is one of the nicer centers in the area.

The recent additions of a drive thru Starbucks, Chipotle, Pizza Rev, and Clyde's are sure to attract more business. The Original Pancake House has also relocated from its previous location (Lakeview & Yorba Linda) to this center as well. Maki Yaki and KFC are still holding strong here.

There's ample parking, with additional parking in the rear. The lot itself, in my opinion, is odd. There are many slopes on the blacktop and a number of the curbs are higher than normal. There are a variety of shops to choose from, the main ones being a 99 Cents Only, Sherwin-Williams, and CVS. Other shops include a dry cleaner, a dog groomer, a pool supply, and a smoke shop. If you're hungry, there is also a Subway and a Little Cesar's Pizza. My overall impression is that the whole shopping center (shops and parking lot) could use cosmetic improvements to make it more modern and appealing.
