This place is a hidden gem!! Went here on a whim and so happy I did! The area is a little sketch but don't let that discourage you. The food bomb and the customer service was on point! They were so nice! Made sure to explain everything on the menu. The inside seating is small. There is plenty of outside seating. On to the food!!! I got the queso birria, al pastor, carnitas tacos All of them were soooo flavorful!!! I also got the tamarindo to drink and also was on point!! They have a small salas bar and my fav was the red roasted one. My gf got the carnitas taco combo. Comes with rice and beans. She loved everything. She also got a margarita she said was really good! There is a happy hour on drinks. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will for sure be back!
We love this taco spot! The staff is so wonderful and friendly! The food is full of flavor and you get it really quickly! The restaurant is clean and has a nice patio to enjoy your food on! The quesa birra dipped in consome is so delicious! I really like the chicken carnitas tacos as well! Definitely a spot we will continue to stop into often!
I had high hopes and unfortunately was a little let down. I went for the ramen and I have to admit I was disappointed. The meat was good, however, the ramen was incredibly soggy. They tasted as if they had been sitting in hot broth all day deteriorating. The texture was very off putting. Good ramen should be al dente, period! I also did not like that the onions and celantro were already in the soup. I prefer this as a side garnish and would have liked more than the small amount of garnish that was in the soup. I would not recommend nor would I try it again. I also tried a quesobirria. That was really good but a very small portion for the price in my opinion. I would order it again though. I also had a Large Horchata that rang up at $8 when I looked at the receipt. I'm sorry but that is outrageous. You'd expect it had alcohol at that price. Horchata is just rice water with cinnamon so there not much of a cost to make it. I was shocked when I saw I had been charged so much for it. All in all.m, I would probably give it another try but I'd steer clear of any overpriced beverages and the soup.
Been here twice now and both times were delicious. Cost is definitely a bit steep for some of their items, but the cost of food is just getting higher overall. We usually do the Quesa-Birria taco combo, which includes 2 tacos with rice and refried beans. The Birria is delicious, tender and super flavorful. The last time we went the crunch on the taco was insane, wish we had that texture every time. The rice is good, I really like the seasoning. The beans are awesome and filled with flavor. Usually beans tend to be lack luster from a lot of restaurants, but I really enjoy theirs. Their salsas are delicious as well as their pickled onions. Staff is nice, but the last couple of times we went the tables aren't cleaned well and there was garbage flying around outside. The restroom was also out of order and the restaurant smelt like a sewer in the back, definitely not appealing for customers. Fix those issues and it would be fantastic.
If you're traveling and wanting to stop to get tacos but need to use a restroom, don't go here. Food taste is 4.5 stars. Tacos were yummy. Food overall though would be 3.5 stars. Rice and beans were kind of lackluster. Kind of pricey for how small the tacos were. Ambiance outside is nice, but no restroom here kind of sucks. The closest bathroom is down at the Burger King due to the situations at the gas station. It was a 15 min walk there and back in order to wash my hands and use a bathroom. It was a bit unsafe walking around there. I honestly wouldn't come back to this place because of this. The small tacos were not worth the hassle.
In the area and was walking by and this place stood out. I heard it was a chain but it didn't give chain vibes. It was a nice little place with indoor and outdoor seating. When I entered, I was greeted by a nice guy, who explained all the dishes and even offered me an idea if I ever come back. The wait for the meal wasn't bad at all either. I took my meal to go and enjoyed it back in my hotel room. The burrito was made very well and was tasty.
Fun little place that is a great option for local taco flair. I loved their street tacos - no fuss that let the various meats be the star of the show. Menu includes tacos, biria, quesadillas, chips, etc. Staff is friendly. You order at the counter and they will bring it out to you. Tables available inside and on their front and back patios.

This establishment is located close to Sky Harbor Airport, the Phoenix Zoo, and Gateway Community College. The menu offers a few breakfast plates, quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and extras such as carne asada fries. When guests come into this location, they place their orders at the counter and wait for their orders to be ready after receiving the number associated with their order. Seating inside is limited, so if you are looking for a seat indoors, get there before the lunch crowd. What we got: Carne Asada Street tacos Carne asada tacos are delicious flank steak, Mexican-inspired street tacos. The ones served here were loaded with juicy steak bites, onion, and fresh cilantro. The carne asada on these tacos were 'rich' and had a crunchy-around-the-edges flare. Pollo Asado tacos When it comes to Mexican cuisine, there's nothing quite like a good taco. And when it comes to tacos, there's nothing quite like pollo asado tacos. These pollo asado tacos are bursting with juicy, marinated chicken and bright citrus flavor. Each bite is nestled in warm tortillas and topped with fresh onion and cilantro. Carne Asada fries Thing Two ordered this menu item. Carne asada fries are the best of two worlds = carne asada + French fries! For carne asada fries, the steak is chopped into small, bite-sized pieces and loaded on top of seasoned French fries along with various other delicious toppings. The Carne Asada fries here are baked Mexican spiced French fries smothered in cheese and piled high with tender juicy marinated steak, pico de gallo, cilantro and crema. This was large enough for two to dine on. Other items purchased included two burritos, consome, Mexican sodas, and a mixed drink (double gin and Squirt). The food served here was authentic and fresh and had a decent price point (just over $80 for everything). If in the area, definitely stop in and give this local place a try as there is something here for everyone. #supportlocal

I got their taco combo which is two tacos (you can mix and match) rice and beans. Also ordered a horchata on the side. Food was good and all but I really enjoyed the horchata the most. This place has been on my eye for a while, so on this visit to Arizona I decided to make it happen! I was welcomed with upbeat and friendly service, and asked the lady at the front desk for her recommendations. I ordered one birria queso taco, one carnè asada taco, and one chicken taco + a side of chips and guacamole! The tacos were oozing with flavor and spice!!!! The presentation also made them all the more appetizing! The salsa bar had tasty salsa of all levels to jazz the flavors up even more! The chips were fried to a crisp, and the guacamole was like eating sunshine in a cup! It was so fresh and filling! I had an orange jarrito as my drink! This place was beyond delicious & I look forward to trying more food here in the future! Cheers to good eats!
Food and service was wonderful. This is a pretty simple place with some pretty awesome eats. The margaritas were good, beans really nice, tacos and burritos done well. I think you'll enjoy this place if you need something on the quicker side, but, also allowing you to take your time. Enjoy the journey and eat well along the way!
After my brother picked me up at Sky Harbor, my brother and I were looking for lunch. I looked on Yelp, and found Paco's Tacos recommended in the vicinity. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly, they answered our questions, some silly like "I'm this hungry, would this be too much food?" In the end I got the street tacos and and extra because they all sounded amazing. My brother got a burrito; it was huge, and he was happy. The salsa was fantastic; the beans had so much flavor. I definitely want to come back and try more things.
Stumbled along this gem on 4th of July! Grabbed the Queso Birria and Asada Taco! Holy hell it's legit AF! The Birria takes the cake here. Stuffed and well priced! The asada taco was almost perfect but I felt the meat could be just a bit more tender. Beyond that I'd come here every day if I can! Good work going down here! I give it a 4.5 rating outta 5! I have mixed feelings. First of all the location moved I guess and now they're located where bread and honey house is at. In the mornings it's bread and honey and at 3 it turns to Paco's. We arrived at 2:30 and decided to wait . While we waited the young lady was nice enough to give us crepes on the house. They were amazing. We ordered 2 different types of burritos (Cali and chile relleno) and a carnita taco/ birria taco and asada taco. The food was just ok. The meat had no flavor at all. The birria taco is supposed to be crunchy and it was soggy. It just was pretty mediocre tasting and I really wanted to like it. I'm a big fan of this taco spot during the cooler weather as sitting outside is ideal. This time I decided to turn the family own to what I called "my secret spot"... Usually I'm camped outside with a few cocktails and I stagger my order. Just to be clear, my favorite item here is the Carne Asada Sope!!! Service was great as they gave the family recommendations. Teenagers went for the (classic Azteca & burrito Mio) burritos and birria tacos. The consommé to them was on point as they finished it all on the burritos. Greedy kids also split one of my Sope's seeing how I hyped it up... and left crumbs!!! Salsa bar is located in the corner and labeled so you don't go blazin hot unexpectedly with a salsa. For the adults, we decided to go with the Asada Fries for the group to share, the Mulitas with Carne Asada, Steet taco combo with rice & beans, horchata's and of course a Margarita (or 2) It was a bit to hot for the patio our front that evening, and they do have a another one out back. The only downside was that that bathroom was down for the night so we didn't hang out for a round 2. read more

Wanted some authentic Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. Ordered our food and went to seat ourselves on the patio. Small and quaint spot. I was very happy with my birria quesadilla, pork and chicken tacos. Guac was pretty delicious too! read more

We ordered the Quesabirria and a Birria taco. I thought it was pretty odd that you have to pay an extra $2 for a cup of watery consumé. Quesabirria was mid, birria taco also mid. Chips and Guac were okay. The chips were hot and fresh and the guac was lacking in flavor. Food 4.3/5 We were greeted at the door, ordered and got our food 8-10 mins later. They told us where the napkins, hot sauce and utensils were shortly after receiving our food. Service 5/5 Mom and pop shop feeling. Couple tables inside, seating is mostly outside. Who ever sat outside on the patio last made such a mess. It was a little off putting. Ambiance 3/5 read more

The place was pretty empty- which maybe should have been the first red flag. The server was very nice and the presentation of the food was good; however, this place has failed significantly on its taste. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and was surprised it didn't come with consume, which most do. I ordered the consume as well. My first thought when I got the tacos was that they looked really good. They did not skimp on the meat and cheese. I tasted the consume first. It was not flavorful at all. It tasted like bone broth. That set the stage about the fact the birria would also not be flavorful. It was not. I actually didn't finish my last taco because it was so tasteless. I guess drowning it in lemon and their salsa helped a bit. I also got their carnitas (crispy) and carne asada. Both were dry and over cooked. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back. Their presentation is Instagram-worthy, though- if that's what you're looking for. read more

Don't Skip This Place Paco's Tacos & Sip is a diamond in the rough! This place is serving upvsome delicious tacos, I can't believe it took me so long to try this place! To be honest we Just kind of stumbled upon Paco's but I'm so glad we did. We were greeted immediately by staff as we entered and were even given recommendations based on our preferences by our server. On this visit we ordered go the quesa birria, carne asada, and al pastor taco plates with rice and beans and they were all delicious. The meat was tender and loaded with flavor. The beans and rice were fresh and served hot. On my next visit I'm going to try the birria ramen, it looked great. If you're in the mood for Local, fresh, and authentic Mexican food, give this place a try, it won't disappoint . read more
I was a bit disappointed with the food here because I was hoping to get an authentic Mexican food. My friend and I shared beef burrito with the potato filling and the taste was a bit bland. The orcheta drink was way too sweet and we had to add lots of water ourselves to naturalize the flavor. I would say we won't be coming back to this place in the, sorry. read more

I saw this spot on Instagram recently and decided to stop by and check them out. I'd been here when it was a different restaurant and wow the changes are awesome! The girl that took my order recommended the queso birria taco. I wasn't sure how big these tacos were so I added the Al pastor and carne asada taco and of course the consommé to dip my tacos in. My eyes were bigger then my stomach, these are not tiny street tacos, they are loaded with juicy, seasoned meat. The green salsa paired perfectly with all three tacos. The consommé was hot, good flavor. I added the limonada to wash it all down because i was on the clock but I will be by for tacos and margaritas soon. They have a patio out front, small indoor dining area and a larger patio out back. Check them out you won't be disappointed. read more
A great local spot for tacos and drinks. Prices are good, the staff is friendly and the food is outstanding! The corn tortillas had a strong corn flavor and both the steak and chorizo had strong flavors that brought depth to the tacos. The tacos were served with what seemed like a side of blended beans that had a clean, strong bean flavor unlike anything I have had before. Ordered an Azteca burrito and got a California burrito. Paid extra for guacamole. Almost zero meat. Packed with French fries and hamded to me cold. Super disappointed. Was still hungry after eating a Carne asada burrito from Speedys. At least it had meat. Smdh.... I honestly thought I was stepping up from Speedys Street Tacos.. And I prepaid a tip?! My new favorite taco place. I was starving after work one day and knew I wouldn't make it home with out grabbing a bite. Their queso birrria tacos are freaking amazing this place doesn't include their consommé like most place. They do charge for it but the size is large enough to share with multiple people. It's worth it. Chips and salsa is served with a small portion of guacamole and their salsa container is a joke you can barely dip a chip. Salsa has a good flavor. Tried all 3. Best birria tacos hands down, something in the taco had a little kick to it and I was all over how good it was. The consume was also DELICIOUS. I drank the whole thing. Their horchata? Amazing, it's so sweet and thick and delicious, perfect to wash down the tacos. The service was also great and the host was really nice and conversational. The place was empty for a Tuesday evening, but honestly it lent itself to a relaxed environment. If I was local to Phoenix I would definitely come again! read more

I've ordered food from here at least 10 times because we live right across the street because the food is so good. I recently had such bad service and won't be back for a while. On Sunday, February 18, I ordered online for a pickup order. It was 3 breakfast tacos and I ordered it at 10:12 am. I got a text saying the food should be ready so I walked over and arrived around 10:40. When I got there, no one was there besides 2 women who were sitting outside and finished with their meal. I asked about my Togo order and the girl working the front said it would be ready soon, so I got my salsa and waited. While I was waiting a group of 6 guys walked in and were ordering food and drinks. Its started to get busy and more and more customers started to arrive. It did get busy but I was still waiting for my 3 burritos I ordered over 30 minutes ago. I waited for the large group of men to order before I asked about my food. The girl at the front was rude and told me "your food will be out shortly, we got a big door dash order". There weren't any other tickets in the window besides the 6 men ordering. What really made me irritated was that all of the men got their food BEFORE me. They were ordering tacos and drinks and guacamole and even a burrito. All 6 of them received their food before I got my 3 burritos. I don't understand how i order my food in advance, wait 40 minutes, still no food, and then other people get my food before me. I had waited 55 minutes to get 3 burritos and the server was rude. I added a picture of my receipt with the time stamps. I don't want this to happen to others. We went to the location at the Chandler mall food court. I had the Quesa Birria and it was so so delicious. Saul offered a small array of salsas, chip and Aguas frescas Horchata with Cinnamon, Pinapple and Hibiscus samples while we were waiting to decide what to eat. So delicious and friendly family owners. They also own The Bread and Honey House. I'm going there next.... Yummy keep in up the great work !!! read more

This spot is good for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The prices are okay for the amount of food you get. If you get the birria tacos, I wouldn't get the consomé again--it was a little underwhelming. The rice was tasty. The refried beans tasty a little sour. Service was nice and fast, but dining inside felt almost as hot as eating outside in the patio. read more
Nice little place with super friendly staff. The tacos were good....I'd definitely recommend the Quesa Birria Taco. The bean and cheese burrito was good, just needed more cheese, but I loved that it was crisped up on the flat grill!! I'll come back again. read more

Fantastic food and service! We ordered a variety of their tacos and loved every single one. We also ordered their carne asada nachos that did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly and they have margarita on draft and a good looking happy hour menu. Didn't try the horchata but it looked really good and I will try it next time. They have a cute back patio too for when the weather is nicer. We will definitely be coming back soon and often! read more

OMG. What can I say about this place! This is one of my favorite hole in the wall spots to come to when I'm on this side of town! I been coming here for the past two years. Everything is fresh and made to order! Don't let the area fool you stop by for a meal and a drink. read more

Decided to look up a taco spot close to the airport, and this was the closest spot. It's a cool little spot. They have patio seating in the front and back of the restaurant. The inside seating is very limited, and the tables aren't very big. But they do have a decent bar with a few different beer selections available. The service was good and we got our food in an average time. The Tacos were fire, I had 2 Queso Birria and 2 AL Pastor Tacos which were really good. I recommend stopping in and grabbing some food and a beer. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. read more
