Best in the business, in my opinion!…read more My A/C unit in the attic had water in the pan under the unit. I only discovered this because I went up into the attic. I called A&K (Kerry) the next day and within 24 hours he was at my house fixing my unit. He called when he was on the way to my house to let me know that I could come home from work. I really appreciated this so I didn't have to sit at home all morning. When he got there, he had all of the supplies needed and fixed my unit within 20 minutes... what I needed done was a common problem, a yearly check up. He was professional and told me what was wrong and gave me a reasonable price for his work. I will definitely being using Kerry always!

On 07/11/2026 I paid your company $873.60 to diagnose and repair my 50-gallon electric water…read moreheater, which had no hot water. Your invoice states the work included replacing the two heating elements and testing the unit to confirm it reaches proper temperature. After the service, the water heater is still not producing hot water, so the problem I paid to fix was not resolved. Your invoice provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all services. I am formally invoking that warranty. Please either (a) return and correct the issue so the unit produces hot water at no additional charge, or (b) refund the $873.60 I paid. I asked for a refund and was instead offered a new unit installation for an additional $1,400. I am not authorizing additional work. I need the original repair honored or refunded. My handy man had to go back over all of this work and replace the part shown and replace the fuse. Work like brand new again.

Kent's was contracted with our builder to install plumbing, heating and air and it's been only…read moreproblems. First, our unit was not installed properly, no less than 3 people confirmed after living here for 4 months that they didn't even run lines to hook up our heat. Now they don't want to honor their 1 year warranty to come check and balance the unit, which is guaranteed in our contract. Siting that we haven't done bi-annual maintenance. This "necessity" is not mentioned in our contract. We planned to do an annual clean of the unit this summer as we have done for all our past homes, but they say twice a year is the only way to keep our warranty. Even though it was not disclosed. Now they claim the builder didn't allow them to do a final inspection so they claim our warranty was voided before we even took ownership of the house. Shady business practices. Do yourself the favor and just STAY AWAY!
