The water line wasn't long enough so he told my dad to go buy one and put it in. My dad is 80 years old and hired them because he needed help. One was installed incorrectly and the other they refused to touch because they didn't have the right equipment - despite the fact that they were told multiple times exactly what they were being asked to move- how much it weighed how far they were moving it and how many steps they were covering. They agreed to come back another day but never came and would not return a call or text about incorrect installation or the no show to move the other appliance. But they cashed the check!!! He installed a water filter, a faucet, and even went above and beyond to ensure my dishwasher line was working correctly when we mentioned it was giving us trouble. As a Baton Rouge area local, he seems to really value high quality work and checked multiple times to make sure nothing leaked, including sticking around for the dishwasher to drain to make sure that was good too!
