He suggested that I call American Do-All, the plumbing company he uses on his contracting jobs. He said they did good work and for a good price. I called American Do-All immediately - it was late on a Friday afternoon. They offered to send a plumber out first thing Monday to install my faucet. They couldn't quote an exact price until they knew what the job would entail. But they said I should expect to pay $150 - $275. On Monday morning, Ethan from American Do-All called to tell me that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived right on time and completed the job in less than an hour. The cost was $195 (service call, labor, parts). I was satisfied with the whole process - the initial phone call, the prompt scheduling, the courteous plumber, the completed work, and the price.
