11/8/21 around 5pm. Employees are so rude here they made us feel so uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. No greeting when we arrived, glares from across the store and we felt so judged the entire time while all the employees were in the back folding clothes together. Thank god there's other stores around like American Eagle across the street where the employees are actually normal. Avoid this location or you will feel like garbage the entire time you are shopping!! read more

I love their clothes but have never met more rude people. Very sad that I have to ask for help multiple times instead of them asking me. No greeting at the door, eye rolls when asking for fitting rooms, no have a good day or even a simple hello at the door. Makes me not want to go back. read more

They didn't have many options for clothing that are in my size. (xs) HORRIBLE customer service... I went to return something and was told false information three times. I will most likely not be going back but who knows... read more
