Poor service, you may be charged more than you agree too. The store apparently can't control this…read more I went to the store this past weekend. I was charged an addition fee for a donation. I thought it was strange as I didn't hit any button to make a donation. At first they didn't see it on the receipt and I had to double check my bank account to see that I was actually charged. I am not happy with how the cashier handled this. In store I asked and they said that it has nothing to do with them. This all goes through the charity. This was without eye contact. Looking down and away, no apology, no follow up or other steps to be taken. The manager overheard, told me I would need to contact the charity and offered to get me the charity's number. It seemed like this happened before. I've contacted the charity and they'd told me I have to contact the location as this has nothing to do with them. I'm unhappy with being charged something I didn't agree to. It wasn't a large amount but the principle. My rating is because I'm upset with how the cashier handled this. There was no eye contact, or offer to find out. Basically I was told and given the body language for not my problem go away. It was nice that the manager overheard but they've already told me they couldn't help. I find it strange I can be charged something at a croc store and they have no control over this.

I asked why they did not answer their phone and they said it never rang.. i called it in the store and it never rang. I asked one of the three women there and she just shrugged and could not care less. Apparently answering the phone is optional. Mia was helpful the other two NOT. I had to ask one of the " staff" to please move so I could see a style I was interested in and he seemed annoyed but eventually moved out of the way. One woman went to help a guy that came in but the one that was workibg there two years ago did not budge, helping was not on her agenda. Be sure to know what you're looking for because no one ever says thank you or hello.
