My husband and I just spent the past 18 months working night and day with PacWest Builders to design and build our forever home. After interviewing several builders, we are so very thankful we chose Jim and Christy Yozamp and their team at PacWest. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, you are researching the right builder. We know each of their employees by first name (and hug) and loved every subcontractor they used. There's a reason why many of these contractors only work for PacWest, and that's very rare these days. PacWest has two amazing and accomplished architects, Steven VanSant and Spencer Williams, who designed a very functional and beautiful home for us. We are extremely detail oriented clients, and I can honestly say, they didn't make a single mistake in our design. Christy Yozamp does all the interior design work for PacWest and spent hours and hours with me picking out granite, cabinets, paint and stain colors, fireplace inserts, flooring, cabinet pulls, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc. Her expertise on lasting trends plus her knowledge of the best locations to shop, is invaluable. Unfortunately, I have met several new homeowners in our neighborhood who had to do this all by themselves. And if you are like us, and have never built a home before, I hope PacWest gives you Rex Gatton as your project manager. Rex was at our house every single day for the past 12 months. We just moved into our new home built by Pacwest and all their subcontractors. The entire experience was a joy. Nothing but the most qualified and efficient craftsmen worked on our home. They were always polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Kristy and Cami kept us from making some real design mistakes. Scott kept the work moving smoothly and efficiently. Scott managed the entire team with such precision that for the first many months there were from 3 to 15 workers here on any given day. It was a very well coreographed effort.
