This is one of my favorite bars on the west side of town. . The bartenders are all very friendly and have all been working there for a while. A lot of regulars hang out here, so it's a pretty friendly bar. They have plenty of TVs, pool tables, darts, and a Golden Tee game. They do trivia night on Wednesday and have DJs on the weekends at night. There's also outside seating. Drinks only, no food here. They have a full liquor bar and some good beers on draft. They are open till 2am every night. read more

This is a great place to get a beer when you've had a long day! This neighborhood bar also serves beer, wine and liquor. They have games inside like pool and darts. They have a big projector tv that you can watch the games on. You can sit at the bar, and there are some tables in the middle or they have a beautiful outdoor seating area that outlooks the road. The bar is super clean and even smells clean. This is gonna be my new spot when I just wanna sit down and have a drink! read more

Came here for some World Cup and a drink with my cousin. It has the feel of an old style pub, they also don't serve food here. The service is go up to the bar and order. The prices here are decent and ambiance is fun, especially during World Cup. Would revisit. read more

This is a nice big place with lots of choices to drink, but it is in no way an Irish Pub, only Irish by name. It doesn't have feel or warmth Irish people might be looking for. But if you're there to watch a game or something ... and you have a bunch of people with you it's tolerable. Great service. We came in here to watch an NBA game and the bartenders were awesome and very attentive but the food took a bit took long. We ordered the chicken chunks and fries and they came 20 mins apart. We enjoyed this place though, we will keep on coming back. read more

This bar is perfect for the area. Dr. Phillips was really in need of a laid back sports bar that stays open until 2am. They have tons of tvs for watching sports. There is always ample parking in the lot. The restroom is always clean. The bartenders are super nice and give really great service. They run different specials during the week and they also have DJs on the weekends. There is also a patio if you'd like to sit outside. read more

GREAT local stop! Brought a friend from out of town here and he was welcomed and felt like a local immediately. Unfortunately, the Dr. Phillips location was out of my beer on tap (probably because I drank the keg dry). It was Saturday night after all so, they were busy. Steve made great suggestions on replacement options. The entire staff at shift change greeted us upon arrival. Several remembered me and my order. No waiting on refills. Definitely not like other bars that are corporate owned in the area. Looking for a great local place? This is it! Came in with some coworkers for some drinks, this is a great place to come if you want to get your night started or want to hang with some friends for some drinks. The space is huge with many high tops, pool tables, darts, corn hole and a beer pong table. So there are activities that can be done. There is plenty of seating at the bar, but I can imagine that there's more bartenders on a busier night, for this instance there was one, but he was really cool and entertaining. There are specials throughout the week and tv's surround the place, along with a huge one in the front. There is outside seating too, but not many tables. I don't think that serve food either, so eat before or after. read more

In a day where bars are a dime a dozen and service is surrendered to volume. Its nice to know there's a spot i can go to that i feel welcome by the bartender, not have to wave attention down because my presence is already known, and my drink is ready before i ask for it. I don't leave many reviews because at the end of the day they get drowned in opinion. I do, however, leave them when they matter. The experience described is by only one of the staff in this roster. Seto has been a light of non judgmental, equal opportunity service, giving everyone the benefit and the opportunity to prove themselves to be a family patron. If it weren't for him, i probably wouldnt come back. But thats where the opinion may get drowned over facts. Dont listen to my opinion, experience his service for yourself. Excellent service and excellent drinks. Nice atmosphere. Very clean and no smoking inside. Couple pool tables are available as well as other bar games to play with friends. DJ played a consistent flow of a variety of genres that makes everyone happy to dance and sing along to. A nice, down to earth little pub with friendly staff and also friendly patrons. The beers are cheap-ish and plentiful with quick service at the bar. They have a brand new Golden Tee machine with a track ball that hasn't even been broken in yet, and also other standard bar games like darts. Loses one star for not having any food. Obviously it's not their business plan so I don't hold it against them. That said, if they just had something simple like little savory pies or pasties to heat up it would give the place a bit of a warmer feel it my opinion. read more

Honestly all the drinks I've had here have been great, that's just my go to at the moment. They were playing the game so we ordered a couple more drinks and sat at the bar for a bit. There were several places to choose from, but this one seemed like a good fit because it wasn't overly loud, and we wanted to be able to hear each other. We initially sat outside, but we were told they had stopped serving the outdoor seating area, so we moved inside. Rather than wait for a server, we decided to order directly from the bar since it seemed like the faster option. There weren't enough seats at the bar for our group of five, so we grabbed a nearby booth. The bartender was friendly, and our drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Although people were not coming in, but some people were eating, and enjoying drinks throughout the restaurant, it seemed like the staff had started cleaning up for the night. A server came over, and we explained that we were only there for drinks. After we received our drinks from the bar, he returned and told us that we would soon have to get up so he could clean the table. Seriously? I looked around and saw several other tables where some guests were simply sitting, talking, and enjoying their drinks. They weren't eating either. It made us feel as though, because we had only ordered beverages, we weren't as welcome as everyone else. I chose not to let one person's behavior ruin our evening because I'd rather believe that one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. In fact, the bartender was great, and the drinks were very well made. What disappointed me was the server's attitude. I wasn't aware that ordering drinks at a restaurant with a full bar wasn't enough to be considered a paying customer, especially when there weren't enough bar stools to accommodate our group. His approach came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Needless to say, we were not going to get up until we had finished out drinks, and we did not. I may return to try the food because the drinks were impressive, but if I ever encounter that same server again, I definitely won't be sitting in his section.

We understand that serving many guests can be stressful, and everyone can have difficult moments, but courtesy and respect should always be maintained regardless of the language a customer speaks. I would definitely come back because the food is excellent, but I would avoid being served by her in the future. We initially sat at the outdoor(ish) bar which had a bunch of people there...but no bartender. After 5 minutes or so, we opted to go inside. The inside bar was bit fuller and we spotted the bartender right away. We sat down ordered drinks and viewed the menu. We started off with the pretzel which was good. It was a bit undercooked, but not a dealbreaker. And here's where things got a little interesting. There was a group there who was celebrating a wedding. They were LOUD. Not rude or inappropriate, but just loud. I'm all for having fun, but they were a bit over the top. Through some conversation with the staff, we found out the outdoor bartender came in to make sure the inside bartender was ok given those particular patrons. Solid move on his part for helping out a colleague! The food from here was scattered. My wife's salad came out and was drenched in dressing. Despite the menu saying all dressings on the side, that apparently doesn't apply to the Caesar according to the staff. My wings came much later...much much later. It wasn't a complicated order, so it was a bit surprising. That being said, they were cooked well and seasoned/sauced nicely. It seemed they had a bit of an off day here, so I want to review accordingly.
