I don't wanna be that one person, but I have a feeling I know why this place only has three stars. I got here at 4:30. I looked at the very sticky menu that she handed me; apparently me asking for a wipe to wipe down the sticky menu was bothering her- she was on her phone. Which I understand it's not relatively busy up here right now however I don't wanna touch a sticky menu. She did come out and check on me at 4:40 however it's been about 15 minutes since then I did want to order food but at this point I'm probably just gonna tap out my check and go get food someplace else. Currently drinking a dragon fruit margarita and she couldn't even give me a coaster or a napkin to soft up all the water because it's very hot out and my drink is sweating. Not sure who the bartender's name is she couldn't even give me that; it's very nice outside, but nobody is out here on the outside deck except me. Don't get me wrong the dragon fruit margarita is really good, it was told on the menu that you could add a floater if you wanted to; however, since it is very strong, I would like some water. Not sure if this bar is able to get water, but she keeps going back inside in order to get me the things that I need and if that's the case, you shouldn't even have the outdoor bar open. Let me talk about the ambience. There are so many TVs on the outside bar there's 24 TVs currently on in a total of a whopping 27 TVs. It would be a very nice place to come on a busy day probably Friday Saturday Sunday, but definitely not a Wednesday night. 5/10

Parking deck for parking (you have to pay). Elevator service to the top. Place had indoor and outdoor seating tons of tv screens. Great view of international drive area. The menu was good we got salads, wings and mac and cheese. It was all delicious. Enjoyed our girls night out plenty of good eye candy. The server was fun and helpful and we enjoyed her service.

Read this was one of the top sports bars in town! There is garage parking that the restaurant will validate for the 1st hour but be for real. You're liable to spend over an hour dining in. After the 1st hour, it's $5 & up depending how long you stay. There is an elevator that takes you to the rooftop. The inside of the restaurant is HUGE & there are alot of TVs to look at sports. My husband and I came in here on a Sunday. They didn't have any drink or food specials. I ordered the chicken nachos & my husband got a salad. They both were huge portions and were good. I was actually going to ask for extra queso bc restaurants try to skimp you on them but Toms definitely didn't. I think it was a good portion of all ingredients. Our server was nice & attentive. My beer was very cold & crisp! My cons were the plastic cups. It reminded me of being on a cruise ship that they serve drinks from. Absolutely hate them. I had to get a straw from the bar bc the cups were cloudy & I can never tell if they're clean or not. I also hate the cloth napkins that they have. I had to go to the bar to get paper napkins bc i never trust them being clean & it was a blonde hair in mine. My last gripe was the extra fee for operational use that they charge. I noticed it on the menu. Yes I know inflation is everywhere but adding more to the tab & then being sure to state that it doesn't go towards the tip is kind of a rip off to me. Also .. when it's big time sports going on, they need to have drink specials . $11 for a michelob ultra is wild

I took a short drive into Orlando for the day and, with the sun out, I wanted to hit up a patio bar or grill. Tom's Watch Bar hit the spot for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was what I envisioned. I visited during the lunch hour on a Sunday, so it wasn't busy. I sat on the patio outside to enjoy the warm sun and fresh air. The bartender served me from my seat overlooking International Dr. She was super attentive and expeditious. It was great service! I ordered the Bacon Avocado burger and ordered tots as the side. I asked if they'd add Cajun seasoning to the tots. They couldn't ultimately do that, but the bartender brought out a side of dry rub seasoning to shake on my own. It was great! The burger was done really well. The fixings were falling off, but the burger was loaded with the stuff. I was glad I stopped. It was a fun place to be and they're loaded with TV's playing sports. No shortage there. I'd come back and try more of their large selection of food. Fun bar and atmosphere!

Always love Tom's Watch Bar when there is a game on! The Prime Rib Sandwich is the only thing I order there because it's so DELICIOUS!!! The staff is friendly. Whether you are sitting on the patio in nice weather or inside, there are tv's everywhere!

The chicken avocado salad at Tom's Watch Bar was delicious. The croutons tasted like cornbread and were so good. The service here was friendly and very accommodating. Such a breathtaking ambiance here as you are able to take in the Orlando skyline and awesome views of the city. Tom's does raffles throughout the day for things like a free drink which is a pretty cool concept. They validate parking with the first hour being free at the parking garage attached to the establishment. Very many huge TVs available for sports goers.

Amazing experience at Tom's Watch Bar! Naomi was absolutely phenomenal; 10/10 service across the board. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food and drinks came out timely, and she checked on us just enough to make us feel well taken care of without being overbearing. The vibes were great, the food was delicious, and Naomi truly elevated the entire experience. If you're dining here, ask for Naomi; you won't be disappointed!

This is a beautiful sports bar on a rooftop with an inside and outside bar. Its really big inside and has two floors. There are plenty of televisions to watch sports on and would be a great place to meet up with friends for the game. The customer service here is subpar. The bartenders don't really pay much attention to you and we could have basically walked out without the bartenders even questioning. We sat at the bar waiting for the bartenders to finish talking amongst each other to then have to ask for the check even though we had finished our drinks and our takeout container was packed and ready. The food was okay. Nothing much to rave home about but it tasted good. We ordered the Jumbo Buffalo Wings, the All-American Burger, and the Bacon Avocado Burger. Initially, the wings didn't come out and the bartender walked right by us. For a pretty empty venue, the inattentiveness was surprising. To drink, I had the Party Starter which is basically a hibiscus margarita with a watermelon red bull in it. I didn't enjoy that and I should've just gotten a beer. I could see myself returning with lower expectations. I think the highlight of this place are the screens and the venue. It's a great place to meet with friends for a game. There is also a service fee (not a tip) for every check regardlessof party size, which was a little weird but being from NY, I wasn't exactly upset about it.

The veggies in the hummus dish were gross and soggy which made the app suck. This place was great for watching March madness though!

*WARNING* There are absolutely ZERO drink prices on the menu. Super suspicious. Also, there is a bogus 4% service charge. Huge Rooftop bar with ginormous big screens inside and all across the outdoor balcony. I came for Game 6 of the World Series Dodgers vs Blue Jays. I have no idea what, but there were like 50 Blue Jays fans here and myself and 1 other guy as Dodgers fans. Of course the Dodgers won. However, the bar never once played the audio of the game, instead it was a constant DJ. No one cares about the DJ. Everyone came to watch the game. Put the audio on. Is there a bunch or crime here? There's like FBI armed guards at the door that pat you down and put a metal detector wand on you. The actual rooftop has views looking at ICON Park and the ferris wheel. It did get a little chilly and windy up there. It's cool that basically every 2 chairs has their own TV. And the seating looks out into the skyline. For drinks I tried a $15.49 Smoky Mezcal Margarita. It was ok, a little on the sugary side. Not much Mezcal taste. Then, I tried a $15.99 Spicy Margarita. It was better. Still pretty average though. For food, I tried the $24.75 Tom's Prime Rib Dip. It was legit good. I'd come back only for that and skip the drinks.

    Heather L.

The inside is full of TVs you're guaranteed to catch the game you want. It was cold, so we opted for the outside, which meant we had smaller TVs to watch and less of them. And there was multiple people around us all wanting different games so some had to move mid meal. But if you sit on the inside the problem would be avoided. The prime rib sandwich was very good and very filling. We also got the tuna tower to start, it wasn't the freshest, but the flavours accomplishing it can be appreciated. Asian salmon salad was a good choice too. Drinks: Dragonfruit mule which was okay, but probably would not get again.

Prime Rib Dip w/ Tots, Carne Nachos, and a little cocktail.

So if you love sports and want to go with a bunch of people and have a cool fun environment and interact with other fans I would highly recommend it! Screens EVERYWHERE! The food is ok-good. French Dip is a home run! Drinks are expensive for what you get. We sat at the high-tops with bar service our first guy was great, then he must've gone on break, someone else stepped in for awhile and then he was back prior to us wrapping up. It's a good time if you wanna let loose and get a little loud. Enjoy!

What an amazing spot to come watch a game with loved ones. It's very large inside and you're most likely able to fit your party, though I would still call ahead. The servers were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed our meals and drinks. The best part of this place is by far the view. You can't get it anywhere else in town.

Looking for a Patriots bar for playoff games? Is there a large contingent of Pats fans and is there volume for the game. Looking for wild card weekend and following wknd. Thx!

There were several places to choose from, but this one seemed like a good fit because it wasn't overly loud, and we wanted to be able to hear each other. We initially sat outside, but we were told they had stopped serving the outdoor seating area, so we moved inside. Rather than wait for a server, we decided to order directly from the bar since it seemed like the faster option. There weren't enough seats at the bar for our group of five, so we grabbed a nearby booth. The bartender was friendly, and our drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Although people were not coming in, but some people were eating, and enjoying drinks throughout the restaurant, it seemed like the staff had started cleaning up for the night. A server came over, and we explained that we were only there for drinks. After we received our drinks from the bar, he returned and told us that we would soon have to get up so he could clean the table. Seriously? I looked around and saw several other tables where some guests were simply sitting, talking, and enjoying their drinks. They weren't eating either. It made us feel as though, because we had only ordered beverages, we weren't as welcome as everyone else. I chose not to let one person's behavior ruin our evening because I'd rather believe that one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. In fact, the bartender was great, and the drinks were very well made. What disappointed me was the server's attitude. I wasn't aware that ordering drinks at a restaurant with a full bar wasn't enough to be considered a paying customer, especially when there weren't enough bar stools to accommodate our group. His approach came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Needless to say, we were not going to get up until we had finished out drinks, and we did not. I may return to try the food because the drinks were impressive, but if I ever encounter that same server again, I definitely won't be sitting in his section.

It was a bit undercooked, but not a dealbreaker. And here's where things got a little interesting. There was a group there who was celebrating a wedding. They were LOUD. Not rude or inappropriate, but just loud. I'm all for having fun, but they were a bit over the top. Through some conversation with the staff, we found out the outdoor bartender came in to make sure the inside bartender was ok given those particular patrons. Solid move on his part for helping out a colleague! The food from here was scattered. My wife's salad came out and was drenched in dressing. Despite the menu saying all dressings on the side, that apparently doesn't apply to the Caesar according to the staff. My wings came much later...much much later. It wasn't a complicated order, so it was a bit surprising. That being said, they were cooked well and seasoned/sauced nicely. It seemed they had a bit of an off day here, so I want to review accordingly.
