After numerous IG mentions, we decided to give it a shot. It one of those places that you pass by all the time. We went and was disappointed. Definitely gonna skip it. We were seated by the hosted and the server remarked, "Look at the view, isn't it lovely." Then I see what they charge for that view. And this isn't about money. Dude lingered over our shoulder like a high-pressure salesman. It is so loud in there, you can hear the games downstairs and across the street. I think after he lingered, I ordered a beer, and he asked, "Do you wanna start a tab?" I think that set me off because why am I starting a tab a restaurant? Their water comes in a cold carafe with cool looking cups, so that's a plus. Other than that, I don't know how they stay open. $25 burgers that are not USDA Prime or some form of Wagyu isn't it. $19 for 8 wings. $13 for a 22oz Sam Adams. Nothing about this place appealed to us. We were in and out in 30 minutes. It was a few people there when we got there, but it emptied out by the time we left. I don't wanna be that one person, but I have a feeling I know why this place only has three stars. I got here at 4:30. I looked at the very sticky menu that she handed me; apparently me asking for a wipe to wipe down the sticky menu was bothering her- she was on her phone. Which I understand it's not relatively busy up here right now however I don't wanna touch a sticky menu. She did come out and check on me at 4:40 however it's been about 15 minutes since then I did want to order food but at this point I'm probably just gonna tap out my check and go get food someplace else. Currently drinking a dragon fruit margarita and she couldn't even give me a coaster or a napkin to soft up all the water because it's very hot out and my drink is sweating. Not sure who the bartender's name is she couldn't even give me that; it's very nice outside, but nobody is out here on the outside deck except me. Don't get me wrong the dragon fruit margarita is really good, it was told on the menu that you could add a floater if you wanted to; however, since it is very strong, I would like some water. Not sure if this bar is able to get water, but she keeps going back inside in order to get me the things that I need and if that's the case, you shouldn't even have the outdoor bar open. Let me talk about the ambience. There are so many TVs on the outside bar there's 24 TVs currently on in a total of a whopping 27 TVs. Read this was one of the top sports bars in town! There is garage parking that the restaurant will validate for the 1st hour but be for real. You're liable to spend over an hour dining in. After the 1st hour, it's $5 & up depending how long you stay. There is an elevator that takes you to the rooftop. The inside of the restaurant is HUGE & there are alot of TVs to look at sports. My husband and I came in here on a Sunday. They didn't have any drink or food specials. I ordered the chicken nachos & my husband got a salad. They both were huge portions and were good. I was actually going to ask for extra queso bc restaurants try to skimp you on them but Toms definitely didn't. I think it was a good portion of all ingredients. Our server was nice & attentive. My beer was very cold & crisp! My cons were the plastic cups. It reminded me of being on a cruise ship that they serve drinks from. Absolutely hate them. I had to get a straw from the bar bc the cups were cloudy & I can never tell if they're clean or not. I also hate the cloth napkins that they have. I took a short drive into Orlando for the day and, with the sun out, I wanted to hit up a patio bar or grill. Tom's Watch Bar hit the spot for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was what I envisioned. I visited during the lunch hour on a Sunday, so it wasn't busy. I sat on the patio outside to enjoy the warm sun and fresh air. The bartender served me from my seat overlooking International Dr. She was super attentive and expeditious. It was great service! I ordered the Bacon Avocado burger and ordered tots as the side. I asked if they'd add Cajun seasoning to the tots. They couldn't ultimately do that, but the bartender brought out a side of dry rub seasoning to shake on my own. It was great! The burger was done really well. The fixings were falling off, but the burger was loaded with the stuff. I was glad I stopped. It was a fun place to be and they're loaded with TV's playing sports. No shortage there. The chicken avocado salad at Tom's Watch Bar was delicious. The croutons tasted like cornbread and were so good. The service here was friendly and very accommodating. Such a breathtaking ambiance here as you are able to take in the Orlando skyline and awesome views of the city. There are plenty of televisions to watch sports on and would be a great place to meet up with friends for the game. The customer service here is subpar. We sat at the bar waiting for the bartenders to finish talking amongst each other to then have to ask for the check even though we had finished our drinks and our takeout container was packed and ready. The food was okay. Nothing much to rave home about but it tasted good. We ordered the Jumbo Buffalo Wings, the All-American Burger, and the Bacon Avocado Burger. Initially, the wings didn't come out and the bartender walked right by us. For a pretty empty venue, the inattentiveness was surprising. To drink, I had the Party Starter which is basically a hibiscus margarita with a watermelon red bull in it. I didn't enjoy that and I should've just gotten a beer. I could see myself returning with lower expectations. I think the highlight of this place are the screens and the venue. It's a great place to meet with friends for a game. Huge Rooftop bar with ginormous big screens inside and all across the outdoor balcony. I came for Game 6 of the World Series Dodgers vs Blue Jays. I have no idea what, but there were like 50 Blue Jays fans here and myself and 1 other guy as Dodgers fans. Of course the Dodgers won. However, the bar never once played the audio of the game, instead it was a constant DJ. No one cares about the DJ. Everyone came to watch the game. Put the audio on. Is there a bunch or crime here? There's like FBI armed guards at the door that pat you down and put a metal detector wand on you. The actual rooftop has views looking at ICON Park and the ferris wheel. It did get a little chilly and windy up there. It's cool that basically every 2 chairs has their own TV. And the seating looks out into the skyline. For drinks I tried a $15.49 Smoky Mezcal Margarita. It was ok, a little on the sugary side. Not much Mezcal taste. Then, I tried a $15.99 Spicy Margarita. It was better. Still pretty average though. And there was multiple people around us all wanting different games so some had to move mid meal. But if you sit on the inside the problem would be avoided. Stopped in at Tom's after seeing a lot of social media posts on a random Saturday with my wife for a few drinks and appetizers. Truly roller coaster experience. As many have pointed out, parking is not the best, you can park in the garage and your first hour is validated. The location is very close to the major intersection of I-drive & Sand Lake so driving is not ideal, if you go, I would suggest Uber unless you're staying at a hotel nearby and walking is fine. The place itself is huge with plenty of TVs. If you sat down at a TV, that doesn't have a view of what you wanted to watch, frankly that's your fault. The staff is super friendly. There is an outside bar overseeing I drive, and the windows on the other side view of Orlando. Additionally, the upstairs level has additional seating and two virtual sports bay's where you can play multiple games. Today was fairly empty, so we got to play the games, but I can see you on a busy weekend you may be waiting a while. Now for the food drinks, and the rest of the experience. We ordered the bourbon, peach mash, and skinny margarita, had two of those, loaded fries, and the dueling dips. I would describe everything as not bad, but not the best either. No complaints just wouldn't go here based off of that. However, if you're looking for a cool sports place to watch a game, and in the area, this is definitely worth the try. Now for the bad. We were sent the wrong receipt, and when I called them to make sure everything was OK as I didn't want to get the server in trouble, but also did not want to get overcharged, the name on the receipt was not even a server they have working there?? Finally, when my charges appeared on my credit card, everything was fine, but still a bit of a hassle. So for 4 cocktails and 2 appetizers with tip. $110, you decide if that's good bad or indifferent. Definitely seem to have some good happy hours. Walk in and choose between the gigantic indoor bar area or the outdoor rooftop with 190 views. Update to my review after coming about 5 times now: My most recent visit was to watch WWE Royal Rumble and it was a BLAST. There were some basketball games on, but we truly felt like we were a part of the live audience. There was a ton of cheering and the hosts were in on it too! I advise reseving a table if you'll be watching a busy sporting event, otherwise you'll be waiting for a long time. It took forever for our server to arrive, but he finally did, he was very thorough with the menu, and had the right orders entered in, which is saying a lot due to how busy it was. If you're here for a sporting event, be ready for noise as the bar is catered for that atmosphere. Outside seating is nice but very limited. First of all- talk about the PERFECT place to catch a game or fight. It's even great for date night because of the fantastic view from the outside seating. Make sure to bring your girl a jacket though- it gets windy up there! Also be prepared to pay for parking in the garage as most of the surrounding parking is reserved for other restaurants and they will tow! Absolutely terrible experience. This place feels more like a scam than a professionally run establishment. The disappointment started before we even walked in. Parking was advertised as free, yet upon arrival we were told we had to pay $20 cash because it was supposedly a "special event" day. No prior notice, no transparency--just an unexpected charge. Then, after paying for parking, we were charged another $10 per person simply to enter the venue. At that point, it felt like every step of the experience came with another surprise fee. Once inside, we sat at an available table only to be told that we could not sit there until we spoke with the host. We were asked to get up and leave the table. The host then directed us to an outdoor area in over 90-degree heat, with no air conditioning and tiny TV screens that were smaller than what most people have in their own living rooms. The service was even worse. We waited more than 20 minutes for a server who never came. After realizing nobody was going to help us, I stood in line to order food and drinks myself. I then spent over 30 additional minutes waiting without receiving any service whatsoever. At that point, I had enough. I asked for a refund because we had received absolutely nothing of value in exchange for our money. Unsurprisingly, I was told everything was non-refundable. So let's summarize: misleading information about parking, multiple unexpected fees, uncomfortable seating arrangements, extreme heat, inadequate viewing screens, nonexistent service, and a complete refusal to make things right. This was easily one of the worst customer experiences I have had in years. The management appears more focused on collecting money than providing a quality experience. I left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely ripped off. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their time and money here. read more

I've heard so many mixed comments about this place. Finally we came here a couple of days ago... and I'm sad to say that for ME it was disappointing. I give them credit, I love that they have the rooftop and from the highway it looks so appealing. However now that we came here, first it was a little disappointing that they charge for parking (they reduce it a little bit by stamping it). This is a little confusing, since this is one of the only stops in the area who charges. Finally we got upstairs, and get a table... we truly couldn't understand the layout of the restaurant... the ceiling being very high and having the bar in the middle with some wall obstruction the view, was not very pleasing. There's a lot that I consider could have been done to have better view from most sitting (it seems that o it a particular area gets a good view of the TVs, for watching sports) Anyways, we didn't had a great experience with the actual restaurant. Their servers however were excellent and very friendly. But if you are looking to see sports, it's 50/50 you might get a great view, or you might not.
