This was my first time coming to this place during late night happy hour so I was expecting more than what it was. The menu was very limited, but I got some wings and a side of fries and a margarita... I asked for the wings well done they came out regular. The fries were regular. The margarita was pretty good. It just came in a really small glass but all in all it was good... Our service was a little slow. Came here on a early Sunday afternoon. The place is big with a large center bar. Very old school big bar but nice. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Our waitress was seated and served us and she was good. The best part was the dj was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the music. All the food we had was good so we're the drinks. I got a spicy bloody mary and I was not disappointed. The mimosas were flowing and overly "juicy" good pour. My only complaint about the food was I need more candied bacon on the devil eggs. I think we got five and only 3 had the bacon and it was not consistent. Other than that the blackend grill chicken sandwich with avocado and over easy egg....delicious!! The Brussels sprouts, chicken wings, watermelon and feta salad were sooo tasty. A+ I do recommend. read more

The restaurant got busy just before our arrival, which was a little wait before being helped. Floor manager Angela came over to check on us and offered to buy us an appetizer for the inconvenience, which was not expected but very kind. We ended up having the goat cheese croquettes, whixh were nice. Our server, Jules, was very upbeat and detailed and a pleasure to have. The Mahi sliders were soooo good....I added onion, blue cheese crumble, and cilantro lime sauce to them, which enhanced the flavor. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza that iffers plenty of parkonf parking. The restaurant itself has a nice inside dining area surrounded by a middle bar, and has two private areas that can host a private event, both of which were occupied at the time. The bar was impressive as it was stocked with certain spirits that I cannot find locally. Looking forward to coming back for a visit. read more

A girls dream when it comes to Sports Bars. Long story short. We just moved to Orlando. We needed a new spot to watch football on Sunday's. I went on Yelp and found this place- it checks off all of my boxes: 1. It's NOT a dive bar. 2. Great food 3. Happy Hour Specials The place is modern and new, and I love the whole vibe. It has upscale sports bar vibes. Great bathroom too! The food is excellent and on Sundays they have a Happy Hour menu! We ordered the 4:15pm games are the sweet spot because Happy Hour goes from 4pm-7pm. Basically, the whole time your here- it's Happy Hour! We ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni and it was phenomenal. Although a few menu items we hoped to try were unavailable, the food we did order was fresh and flavorful. We shared 2 Hamburger Tacos, 2 Shrimp Tacos, deviled eggs, and the Spinach & Artichoke dip. Good Vibes, But a Few Misses We recently visited American Social for brunch and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun...definitely a great spot if you're looking for upbeat brunch energy. We started with the deviled eggs, and those did not disappoint. They were flavorful, well-balanced, and probably the highlight of our meal. For entrées, my husband ordered the brunch burger. The menu didn't list bacon, and even after our server double-checked to confirm it wouldn't come with bacon, the burger still came out topped with it. While mistakes happen, it was frustrating having to wait for the order to be remade while the rest of the table was already eating. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles chicken and waffles for my daughter. It was okay, but definitely on the sweeter side. The chicken itself was coated in cereal and then topped with syrup, which made the whole dish very sweet overall -- just a bit underwhelming for us. On a positive note, the kids' portions were great. The mac and cheese and chicken tenders were both solid and generously portioned. Overall, the food was a bit underwhelming for the price point, but I'd probably give it another try...if only for the Maui Mimosa. That drink alone might bring us back. read more

There is a huge bar in the center of the restaurant that takes up the majority of the space. They also have an outdoor patio and bar as well. It seemed like most people were there to watch sports. It's funny because we decided on Bar Louie but upon driving in the parking lot, we noticed it wasn't Bar Louie anymore so we gave this place a shot. The bar is pretty fancy, I would call it a lounge/restaurant. They participate in Magical Dining Plan which is nice! We were sat at a high top and our server, Adeliz took care of us the whole night. What we thought was going to be 1-2 drinks, became 4-5 drinks because they had the UFC fight on which was amazing! We stayed for the whole fight. In general, I am a fan of the American Social franchise. However, the Orlando locale, is not my favorite of their various locales. In fact, I prefer their Ft. Lauderdale locale the best, but alas, that is neither here nor there. I came to this location for a friend's birthday brunch last weekend. It had been a while since I'd been back, so, in all honesty, I was excited to pay American Social a visit again. The space in general is nice. Nothing to brag about but they do have ample seating. My favorite area is their patio area but since it was chilly, we were seated indoors. Our waiter was amazing and super sweet. The DJ was jamming, so that was a nice touch. The food was just a okay. While it came promptly, it was just on the blander side of things. I wanted the food to have a bit more razzle and bit more dazzle. Nonetheless, it was filling. The bottomless brunch was great. It's quite hard to mess up a mimosa. So, I enjoyed that and their bottomless mimosa special was reasonable in price ($25.00 to be exact). Overall, it was an average brunch experience. I did enjoy the staff coming out with a "birthday" song, sign and shot for the birthday girl! So, that was really cute!! I will say this though, I enjoy coming on calmer days and sitting at the bar on their patio area. While their food isn't anything to brag about, they do a great job on drinks! It's a great spot for Happy Hour!! Definitely check them out if you're in the area. I have been coming here for about 5 years or so, since they first opened. They have always given me great service and the food has always been great. They have a great Taco Tuesday and the Half off Wine Wednesday is definitely my favorite. There's a large beer and wine list to go through, not to mention all of their specialty drinks. Whenever I have a friend visit, this is origami one of the first places I take them. Not to mention the bartenders are great at what they do. I've had great experiences at American Social in the past, which is why this visit was so disappointing. During an event this weekend, the handling of ID checks and guest interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. Several guests with valid 21+ IDs were subjected to uncomfortable verification tactics, and the overall tone from staff escalated situations instead of resolving them. In particular, staff members identified as Brooke and Amber were unwilling to work with guests or offer any kind of second chance or reasonable resolution. Even when guests calmly tried to explain situations and apologize on behalf of others, the response felt dismissive, and communication was unprofessional, including repeated use of informal and demeaning language like "babe." Rather than de-escalating or finding solutions, guests were removed from the venue, even after paying for entry and food, with no effort made to accommodate or resolve the situation. This experience felt very different from what I expect from the brand, and unfortunately left a very negative impression. I would recommend other locations instead. A refund is obviously deserved in this matter and it is absolutely disgusting if it doesn't happen and unfair, and if I were the owners, I would really question who I have as a face of this specific establishment location read more

This is definitely an elevated bar and grill but a casual feel with its food. The vibes inside were nice as the music was electic and dance style while also getting to watch the game on tv. My two drinks were delicious but can't remember what they were called. My partner got the this tiki style margarita and that one is burned in my brain, so very sweet and flavors mixed well. I got the truffle steak melt and replaced the steak with a beyond burger. This was really good with the cheese, I just wanted a casual meal and this did it. They had an outdoor area as well but the night we went, there was a private event but it also has a bar. First time coming here for brunch won't be my last. It was a really relaxed vibe and delicious food. We started with the donuts. They were filled with a delicious cream, and then served with a raspberry sauce and a peanut butter sauce. Eaten all together it was a delicious peanut butter and jelly dessert. They were super rich though so I only ate a few. My friend and I each got a benedict (the smoked salmon and the brisket) so we could share. Best decision! It was fun getting to have all the different flavors. Each one was unique and delicious in its own way, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the brisket one because that brisket was pull- apart-tender and just so full of flavor! I also loved the fact that the benedicts were served with a side salad. My own disappointment was with the unlimited mimosas. The price for them was great! But they were not good. The juice tasted very artificial, and the Prosecco they used was flat and flavorless. I did not like them at all. I'll stick with wine or a cocktail next time. Service was fantastic! Ask for Rachel.
