I then received a bill for over $300.00 because they only take the insurance for medical and not for vision. My appointment was for vision from the get-go when they told me that they took the insurance and it would be covered. It was the Walterboro location, but they are connected in their system. They find it to be acceptable to fleece patients like this out of money. They gave completely false information/blatant lie. Buyer beware before you end up with a massive bill because they lied to your face.

The staff were very patient and helpful…read more They explained every step of the exam to my son, showing him the equipment and demonstrating what would happen. He was very comfortable the whole time. Turns out he needs glasses. Dr. Dubin explained what going on with eyes in easy to understand terms. Bridgett assisted him with trying on as many glasses as he wanted until he picked out the perfect pair. The entire facility was very bright, cheerful and clean. We would definitely recommend coming here, especially for a pediatric eye exam!
