America waited on me as I attempted to return several items I didn't want. She told me that I was supposed to have my return items in order and my return skew wasn't sufficient for all the items I was returning to the same online store. She scanned the code from my phone and only allowed me to return the only item she could identify. I asked if I could come back at a different time and she said "We're always busy," so it wouldn't make a difference. I complained to the online store and they sent me another skew and directed me to use the postal service which turned out to be effortless.
