I came to this store because it's conveniently close to my house but I didn't receive the kind of service I expected. America waited on me as I attempted to return several items I didn't want. She told me that I was supposed to have my return items in order and my return skew wasn't sufficient for all the items I was returning to the same online store. She scanned the code from my phone and only allowed me to return the only item she could identify. I asked if I could come back at a different time and she said "We're always busy," so it wouldn't make a difference. I complained to the online store and they sent me another skew and directed me to use the postal service which turned out to be effortless. read more

Fully staffed and when they get busy they are generally pretty fast to get you in and out. Friendly & helpful. Went to complete my livescan. Employees greeted me upon arrival. They were all professional and knowledgeable about the process and things went smoothly throughout. Price, at $35, was average for the service. A young lady helped with my livescan and, other than my oily pinky that took a couple of takes, everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. Until today I've not had an issue coming here to ship my Amazon returns. Today I got irritated. I walk in, four females behind the counter. One began assisting a male who came in just before me. The other three continued the conversation. I waited.....then propped myself against the large center counter because I have a bad knee....still waiting. This UPS store location has just plain rude staff. And not rude in the sense of saying rude things to you, but rude in the sense that they allow their PO box holders/regular customers to cut in front of the line to scan packages that are being sent out. I let it go the first and second time but I just experienced it for the third time. And there was no apology or no "hey about that or sorry for the wait". So it leads me to believe this is a regular occurrence. They also chat with each other instead of acknowledging your presence, which seems odd to me if I were a business owner?? I would prefer them to conversation with the customers while customers are there rather than each other. They should take lessons from the UPS store in Lincoln Center, the guys and girls that work there are always pleasant, nice, they direct people if they cut or accidentally cut in line. read more

I just witnessed an employee (f) with brown hair act so rude towards an older lady. The older lady was having technical difficulty processing her return/package. I heard the encounter and the employee did not have to speak to the customer like that especially in front of everyone. This store has been so helpful! I dropped of an Amazon package a week ago and no tracking has appeared. This morning I accidentally called the other March ln location and the lady was totally rude! Is all she did was argue with me and was not helpful at all! When I realized the mistake I made, I called the correct Brookside location and she was the upmost helpful, took my tracking number and is going to keep an eye out! This store has the best customer service. We called and were told that we could get a document notarized by 5:30 and we made it in at 5:32 and they helped us. I would drive out of my way to go to this location who has many employees and do not make you wait very long at all. Came after work to get a Live Scan. Waited in line patiently behind about 12 people only to get to the counter at 5:06pm and be told that they don't do Live Scan after 5pm. DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT TO SHIP!! I had 2 very important packages that needed to be tracked. I specifically asked that they be tracked, when I got my receipt I was SPECIFICALLY told that the tracking numbers were on my receipt, and to use those numbers to track my packages. THE RECEIPT ALSO SAYS TRACKING NUMBERS!!!!! When I couldn't track the packages using those numbers, I called the store and was told they weren't tracking numbers! No explanation for what happened, "don't know what happened"!!! Did I just imagine being told these were tracking numbers? Why does the receipt say tracking number? Why did the clerk say "your tracking numbers are on the receipt"? How in the world would I know that the store just shipped these very important packages just regular mail, when both the receipt and the clerk said otherwise! Best UPS store in town. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I live close to another UPS store, but their customer service is nowhere near this one. I took an unsealed package in today and offered to purchase tape to seal it, but the very nice gentleman behind the counter said that he would take care of it for me. Such a kind gesture that was very appreciated. I also recently used their notary service and it was very fast and smooth. Went to this new UPS store location on West March Lane, by Home Depot and the service was great!, I had a large box and one of the employees came to the door and took the package from me, they were very friendly and courteous and I am so happy they are where they are located there was no waiting and the customer service was fast and I can't say more, I will definitely return.
