Marga did us a solid! We reached out to Marga because we needed my mother's signature notarized in a spanish-written power of attorney for a foreign country, and a bunch of notaries at UPS where rejecting us saying 'they don't notarize in spanish'. Since she was in Tracy, she said it didn't make sense for us to go all the way there from Millbrae...but she told us that at UPS they where mis-informed and they shouldn't care about the contents of the legal document, but certifying the identity, signature and ask the person signing if SHE knew and understood what it said. So MARGA CALLED THEM, explained them the law, and ensured that by the time we went back, the notary there understood and was cooperative with our request. What a self-less, generous (of time and attention) and kind thing to do, there was NOTHING in it for her. My hat off to a behavior so rarely seen this days! Incredibly simple and efficient process from start to finish to have a document notarized! Marga was very accommodating in setting up a time to meet for a signing on short notice, whether it was her home office or the option of her mobile service. Along with being flexible, Marga verified the document as well, ensuring it was filled out accurately. I had considered asking a friend but am very glad I found Marga and and hired her instead. She was very easy to work with, very professional and experienced, and knew what she was doing. I was having a difficult time serving the other party with court documents because they were being evasive, and just when I was ready to give up a friend told me to try Rosas Professional Services. I was hesitant at first as I had already hired 3 other Process Servers who were not able to serve my documents. I was driving home that night when I received the text message that read "she has been served".
