She has a menu of beds with different mattresses and pillow choices, which is nice. Be sure to let them know what type mattress you prefer. I found the upstairs rooms area not as well kept as downstairs and the maintenance/ receptionist lives on property and appears not to take his maintenance and cleaning job very seriously, or the image and brand of the b&b which is too bad. He is very kind and friendly, but has his bedroom and bathroom downstairs between the common areas and the common kitchen, which means you walk passed it going into the kitchen and when you take the welcome tour. He needs to clean it every morning and make sure it looks spit shined for guests. Apparently they cooked breakfast, but I was not advised or offered this amenity. The private inn keeper also had the kitchen, while nice, very lived in, cluttered and dirty dishes and clean items in stacks in the sink and on countertops, as though he has made himself at home in the entire home, not simply his room. The place could be top notch with better manager of the Inn to make sure every guest receives the same level of service. Finally, the bathroom had mismatched old towels from grandma's house. Not just thin, but worn. If using thin towels, have more available, but make sure they are new. The location is not walkable to downtown places but it is a very short drive. Has lots of upward potential. Worth a look.

Room 1 is huge with a king-sized bed, two sitting areas and a separate small room with a fridge and ample space for luggage. The large bathroom has an awkward layout, but the jacuzzi tub is a lovely bonus on a cold night. The home-cooked breakfasts were delicious and satisfying, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. A couple small suggestions would be to add a full length mirror and provide body lotion along with the other toiletries. The location is great for walking, and the parking and ease of entry were very good.

On the 2nd floor is another unlocked, uncovered door that has a balcony butted up to yours. You could step over and be in your space. With the Orgy shower sitting right in the middle of the floor between the 2 bedrooms was a little P Diddy for us regular folks. All the track lights makes it hard to find their cameras. CREEPY The beds were comfortable and the place was clean as a pin. That is what the 2 stars are for. There is no breakfast and the bar is a joke at best.Why people lie about live entertainment blows me away. It looked like an old Folks home TV room. They advertise a pool table. It is a private table and on the 3rd floor of the Trifecta room. No access for other customers. The pool room butts up to the P Diddy bedroom. Balls were broke and hollering went on til very late. The lady who they say is an owner(that's what this site says) gave me a very furred brow when I ask about the advertised table and where it was. (To say rude would be fair) I knew there was a pool adjacent to my bedroom because I heard it til late. Lastly... we were there on a Monday and nothing was opened. NOTHING!!!!! So for this business to advertise that other places are in walking distance is again very misleading. First off PIGGY BACKING off other businesses with your baseless claims of availability is a bit fraudulent. This whole thing is misleading. There was NO parking for us behind a condo. We had to park on the street and haul our stuff a city block before we started the multiple flights of stairs to the room. As town was dead this was still unacceptable as it is clearly stated on the site that parking was available and free. If town had anything going on we would have had NOWHERE to park.. When we arrived there had been an error made somewhere between Expedia and the Hotel. We were going to have to move rooms. There was no way that was going to happen. The young man on 2nd shift worked very quickly to get that second night cancelled and was very professional about the error.That is what 1 star is for. Just not my jam and after reading the other comments I would never try any of these other rooms either. Safety first. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

Our room looks to have been completely remodeled within the last 2 to 3 months... The Auburn is conveniently located next to a exit ramp. You don't have to go search for it in a conglomeration of industrial area. They have a very nice restaurant attached Rafferty's excellent food also other restaurants and gas stations nearby along with a brand new coffee shop.

We were put in a room that in my opinion is not ready for occupancy. The bed has no headboard, the closet has no bar or hangers or door. And worst of all, the window has no drapes or backout curtains. There are only white plastic blinds that let in all the light from the bright parking lot lights. Lights in the room were not needed. It was very difficult to sleep without darkness. Also, when I turned on the A/C in the middle of the night I almost immediately started sneezing and my nose started running. When I turned it off my symptoms went away. I'm sure the air coming out was full of construction dust. The hallway on the second floor was striped down to concrete. And no apologies were made upon check-out for the conditions. In fact, the desk clerks didn't even ask how our stay was. I think she knew.

Price - we came to town for BBQ on the river and knew that every hotel was going to jack up their prices. That being said, I feel like we got a great value for our money!! Stay here! :)
