There was quite a laundry list as it was a 27 year old home. After i went back to the valley and Bob and his crew started working on things, I received a call from Bob to let me know that there were a few things that we had discussed that if they moved forward with how we had previously discussed would put me way out of my repair budget, and asked how i would like to proceed rather than doing them anyway and me having a surprise at the end. It caused a huge disruption in my project plans and I had to go somewhere else to rent equipment that worked. I called and told the gal who answered that it was't working and that I needed to bring it in for a refund. She told me that's fine. I bring it back and the manager, Luke, wouldn't refund me for renting an ancient POS that wouldn't work (because the kid gave me the wrong unit) and said I should have traded it for the one that worked, even though the kid told me I had the only working one. My fault, Luk said. My loss. They lost a customer who has spent thousands there (and probably would have spent thousands more) just because they didn't want to give a $60 refund for a service they didn't provide. Glad there's another option in town because I'd be going to St George to avoid this place.
