Keep the gold cabinet hinges replenished. This is the second time in 5 years i went for a gold hinge for kitchen cabinets. The one that obviously everyone uses, the bin is completely empty! Shalana and the Native cashier person were not friendly at ALL , no personality. I asked the newer cashier in training to call my employer to get his approval for a charge purchase and she couldn't even dial the phone number correctly. Poor customer service!!! The employees in this store are so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help in a pinch...even lending out tools in a pinch. The store is on the smaller side, but had a great selection of hardware and home improvement items...even had pet food (be sure to grab cookies for the stray dogs if you're heading to Kentaya and horse biscuits for the wild burros you might come across if you're on a road trip) and baby chicks too! read more

***TRUE VALUE CORPORATE ***....take note....this is how a store should be run. I had an emergency and had to fix something on my camper shell before the rain came. I'm from Los Angeles and I had limited tools with me. A very nice gentleman, sorry I didn't get your name, helped me with everything and loaned me some tools too, now that's service. The wind was kicking up and the sky was getting ugly. I managed to fix the camper shell and get on my way. Within 30 minutes it was pouring rain and it rained for the next 9 hours of my trip and the shell held up and no leaks on my stuff.
