I love this school. Not sure if I left a comment about six mile before but if I did here's another…read moreone. This school is amazing. They have some of the most amazing teachers . Four of my boys went to this school now three are in there and one is in high school. Very respectful staff, great teachers, great dean, great counsel , great assistant principal. I have yet to meet the new principal due to health issues but I honestly can't wait to meet her. Front desk staff are amazing lunch room staff is amazing. The way the teacher are with communicating about your child's needs and progress are amazing. In the three years my kids been here they have grown so much with their learning skills. This is one school that would be hard to transfer your student out. Why? Because they do everything to help you in the best possible way. I am very much involved in all my kids academics. It up to you to be self dedicated as parent to be on top of your child as the way the teachers tried their best to be on top of your child to succeed. I'll recommend this school to anyone.

I told my teachers who were very concerned and helpful. Some of them even went as far as making sure I wasn't in a class he was subbing. The teachers also reported him for other behaviour including my situation, and yet nothing was done. They said they would handle it, but I guess the "handling" the situation was to let him go when the year ended. There were no consequences, and it makes me wonder if he'll do it to another girl if he works in another school. Shout out to the following admin miss colla, and Mr J for actually caring. Also all of my teachers who helped : Mrs Andersen , Ms barquet, and Ms McGuire! This school is all about discipline until it's hurting their image! They just don't want to be short staffed !! Mrs laine is no help. Seriously unbelievable.

This school has been the absolute worst experience for me and my friends. In this school failing is…read moreexpected due to it being very hard to find good teachers. Some English teachers don't even speak English here! the disciplinary staff are SOOOOO useful because they just stand in the halls blowing their whistles and personally i have very sensitive ears so they are HARASSING me. If you have a fear of roaches and bugs dont go here. There are so many health code violations and the bathrooms are usually all broken. This school is always missing teachers so if you come here expecting to learn you might want to choose another school. TBH i am talking about the middle and high school campus the elementary is average. Also the students are terribly ghetto and rude but the AMAZING (Im being sarcastic) diseplenary staff do nothing about it, probably because they are all chopped cheese . Overall please don't send your kid here for the sake of their mental health.

This is a really incapable and terrible school for children. The staff there is constantly telling…read morethe kids to shut up, be quiet, or threaten them with something. The kids get extra points when if they walk in the hall with one arm across their chest and the other covering their mouth while walking single file. I've spoken to the staff many times over from the counselor, assistant principal and principal, teachers and nothing ever changes. Lots of False promises and fake apologies. It benefits them if you as a parent don't come feel comfortable approaching them. They keep things quiet about what's going on in school. The only way you'll know is if you have a relationship with your child where you dig about how their day actually went. When my child was going there in his second year there were kids bullying/attacking other kids in the restroom. Lifting them up off the ground in unfair condition of 3 kids to 1. Kicking in the doors to the stalls they were using and just acting out. This would happen weekly. I as assured they'd put people to rove the hall way and they didn't for weeks. There's was one week where I didn't hear anything happened because my kid saw someone in the hall. My kid was apart of 4 different encounters in the bathroom. He would tell the teachers and they wouldn't even communicate it to the principal or look into it. One day I was talking to the principal Jason Wade and a small child walked in between us talking and he told him that there were kids bullying him and others in the bathroom. He points at me and says "oh it's the same thing you're talking about". I let him know that the school is not capable of protecting and allowi children to feel safe so they can learn. Kids are taught to be quiet and stay still and not to interrupt so that the teachers can teach the curriculum. If the kids do interrupt they are ridiculed and threatened. Points taken away, colors changed and dropped, threatened parent phone calls. Etc. When they're in the cafeteria having lunch they have staff on a microphone yelling at kids to be quiet and continuing the threats. They're not allowed to talk during lunch. When they take their 20 min break they're not allowed to talk to other kids in other classes. So if they have a sibling or friend that happens to be there at the same time it's frowned upon for them to talk to other classes. I mentioned to Principal Wade that maybe there's so much restraint out on these kids and that's why they want to act out so much when they're hidden in the bathroom beating up other kids. His solutions were hollow. Nothing worked. The staff didn't support each other. Everyone agrees with you that you're right but change nothing. I removed my kid from this school. The more you speak the more you realize that you're not the only one going through it.

This school is the most amazing, creative school with seriously the most caring, down to earth, dedicated, passionate, talented and kind teachers/staff that make it the best school/community there is for Early Learning and VPK in Ft. Myers...hands down! It's not "just a school", it's a unique community and you'll feel like you're part of a family. Everyone there-staff, teachers, and the parents are so kind and sweet, and everyone goes out of their way to make the school just keep getting better and updated by hosting fun events with the kids to raise money, or to have a charity event. Everyone helps each other out however they can. I feel so blessed My son got to go there and I am lucky enough to have seen him start at 3 years old and grow into the kind sweet boy he is today with the help of so many amazing woman there-it takes a village to raise a child. I never once worried about him, and that in and of itself says it all. Also to have been able to go to some of the most creative, beautiful and fun events I've ever been to! Kuddos to everyone at Bright Beginnings Early School and especially to the director of the school Samantha and also Mary for doing all the dirty work behind the scenes and making it look so easy... and for always having a smile on their face every morning and greeting the kids by name as they walk in to make them feel special You can see the love you have for the students and passion for the school. And let's not forget to mention, all of the wonderful teachers who show up every single day and not only teach our kids but go above and beyond! They've shown/taught our children compassion, kindness, what it means to be a good friend, how to behave/treat their classmates and adults , and most importantly about God and Jesus, and what it is to be a good human being in this crazy world...because that is one of the most important things to learn. I highly recommend sending your child or children to this school, as I promise you, you will be more than just satisfied and your child will absolutely love it there..they will learn so much, and in a creative way. There is always something fun going on whether it's the everyday stuff such as the playground, splash pad, play time while also learning things without even realizing it! And then there's always something such as special crafts, events for the parents to get to know each other, Dad's night out, Mom's night out, celebrations during holidays, concerts, charity events, etc. I could go on forever! You will also be amazed at how much they will learn, learn, because their level and expectations of teaching is very high and they do it in a fun way for the kids! But bottom line, if you're looking for an early school for your child this IS THE ONE!
